Harbor View! Walk Out The Door Into Downtown Lex!

This home features 5 bdrms & 3 full baths. The main bdrm w/views of the Harbor features a King Bed & private bathroom! The 2nd features a King bed as well w/its own bathroom that is shared w/the living room (two entrances). The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen-size beds w/a walk-out door to the patio! There are also 2 bdrms & a full bathroom. In the first downstairs bdrm, there are 3 queen beds! The 2nd bdrm features a full & twin-size bed that is great for kids!


Dogs are welcome with an arrangement upon booking! They must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. You must request permission BEFORE making your reservation to bring your dog(s).

-Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 5 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Stayed at MiCasa 11/20-11/23 for a Girls Weekend and what a wonderful choice it was!!! There were 9 and the accommodations suited all of us. Living area was very spacious with beautiful views of the water. Within steps to the Village Theater, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.

The hot tub was popular especially with the young adults. The house was spotless when we arrived. We had a family birthday weekend for Grandpa who turned 80 and the house worked beautifully.

Girls Trip

This was our annual girls trip. We have 7 in our group and the Anchor House had plenty of bedrooms and plenty of space. We enjoyed the fire pit and the lovely view. We would definitely stay here again! Location was perfect!

Perfect location and beautiful view!

What a great property! The location downtown with a view of the harbor was absolutely perfect. The property was clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed the hot tub and a bonfire and also loved the convenience of walking to dinner and shops! Will hopefully be back soon when we have more time to experience all of lovely Lexington.

This was our second time staying at this property. We loved every minute of it and I wish we had spent more time there rather than going other places during the day. We got such great communication in advance of things that we’re going to be happening in the area. They checked in on us to see if everything was fine, and it was. I loved it and I would recommend it very highly.

I hosted a Fall ladies getaway weekend and this home was absolutely perfect. The views - the very large gathering space facing the beautiful window facing the horizon- we got up every morning to catch these amazing views. All the furniture was well placed and provided ample space for us to relax. The couch and loveseat recliners were wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked - very nice gas stove - ample sized refrigerator and lots of cupboards. The beds and bedrooms were all comfortable and well appointed. The shops within a short block of the home gave us just the right amount of getaway shopping that we needed. The Host was very accommodating, communicated promptly and check in to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The home was spotless and ready to welcome us. We would definitely return to this home for future stays.

Great Location and Space

The property has great location, right on the edge of town, walking distance to the beach, playground, State harbor, and multiple places to eat. The house has a wonderful view of the harbor and lake from the family room and the multi tier deck. A great place to stay in a beautiful harbor town!

Cozy and roomy

Check in was super easy and fast … There was plenty of room and it was in the perfect location for a great view of Lake Huron and the town of Lexington… We enjoyed this property and all it has to offer and we look forward to a yearly visit at this property.

Perfect Place for a Family Getaway

The house boasts beautiful views of Lexington Harbor and Lake Huron. Plenty of space to accommodate our group of 17 whether enjoying a cozy fire or for watching the sunrise. The home is conveniently located on the corner of Main Street so need to drive anywhere. A beautiful place to stay and we definitely want to plan a return trip.

Awesome property!

There were 12 of us ladles staying for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and the view from the deck was awesome, overlooking the harbor and Lake Huron! The small town of Lexington had some very unique shops and some great restaurants. Would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful house in great location

If you're looking for a cozy house with stunning lake front views in a picturesque little town, this is the place for you. House is beautiful and looks right at the water, and right on the main street of Lexington with adorable shops, restaurants, bars, even the local theater. 10/10 would repeat.

Great getaway

Great property with lots of space at a wonderful location near the beach, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops etc. if you are new to Lexington, check out the broasted chicken at Jeff’s iGA. Plan ahead, and catch a show at the Lexington village theater. Lake Huron never disappoints either. Can’t wait to get back again.

Better than advertised

This house is in an incredible location and the photos of the house don't do it justice. It's even more beautiful and spacious than the listing exhibits. Anything you could want to do in Lexington is a 2 minute walk from the main-street corner location. We ran into several groups that said they had wanted to rent this place for the weekend, and it's easy to understand why.

Beautiful area

This house is great for large families. There is basically 3 separate areas so it would be amazing for multiple families sharing the space. Some of the policies, frequent communication, and a few other little things were distracting so I would choose a different house next time/property manager.

Lovely stay

We had a group of 11 friends staying for a few days. This was a beautiful place with plenty of room, a washer, dryer so we were quite comfortable. Everything was within walking distance: groceries, the very friendly library and shops in the town. We also enjoyed the time we spent out on the multi-level patio overlooking the harbor. Communication with the property manager was great! Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back!

Ladies Weekend

We had a great time going for walks, playing games and relaxing on the patio. The property is in walking distance of everything the beach, town and anywhere. We enjoyed playing games on the gorgeous patio. Plenty of room to spread out and be together but not on top of each other. We had 12 women ages 18-76. The house was very clean.

Wonderful

We stayed at this property for a long weekend for a hockey tournament. We enjoyed the home. It has a beautiful view. Thank you for the sleds! Our Texas boys spent two afternoons sledding. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the Lake.

We had an awesome time. We ordered pizza from Sweetwater and enjoyed it on the patio overlooking the water …what a view! We also had Joyce come out and teach us a craft which was very fun. Saturday for lunch was chicken from Jeff’s delicious. Over all all 9 of us enjoyed our stay and loved the place.

Idyllic Vacation Spot

We enjoyed a great week. From the beautiful sunrises viewed from the windows to walks in the lovely Lexington community, this house worked out very well for us. The patio overlooks the harbor where you can see ships and boats, and parasailers. Walks on the beach or pier, lunch at local eateries, great little shops, all so close by, gave us plenty to do! You can find everything you need close by. The house had plenty of space for all, especially in the common areas.

Amazing Location, Spacious, Lots of beds

Overall, this house has an incredible location, is very spacious and has enough beds for all! (And then some) We would have loved to see a professional linen service take care of the towels and bedding. It would have felt a lot cleaner to us. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!
