This bright holiday apartment on the 3rd floor of a well-maintained house in Dramalj offers you an ideal combination of comfort, sea view and proximity to the beach. On 65 m² there is enough space for up to five people - perfect for families, couples or small groups.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds as well as a spacious living and dining area with an additional sofa bed. A practical kitchenette with refrigerator, stove and all important utensils is available to you, as is a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Highlight is the private balcony with table and chairs, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea – a perfect place for morning coffee or sunset. WiFi, air conditioning and SAT-TV provide additional modern comfort.
The house comes with a well-maintained outdoor area with a pool, sun terrace, loungers and umbrellas. A barbecue area and a small playground with a swing, slide and sandpit are also available. A private parking space is located directly on the property. Pets are welcome, with a fee charged for their stay.
The next pebble beach is only about 300 metres away, a beautiful sandy beach is located around 3 kilometres further. Restaurants and shopping opportunities can be conveniently reached on foot, and the surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, cycling or tennis.
