The flat features a spacious master and guest suite, a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and granite countertops, combined living/dining area, and a balcony overlooking for St. Augustine Green - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or afternoon appetizer. Located on the 2nd floor, you'll immediately notice the open concept living room; if you find yourself needing some extra sleeping space, rest assured in knowing that this room also doubles as a sleeping area thanks to the queen-sized sleeper couch. The dining and kitchen area has plenty of room for the family, and bar seating for breakfast, or meals with the kids. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a night in, cooking with family or friends.
*Please note, when booking a winter monthly rental, access to the Fitness Center and Racquet Club is not included but can be added at those facilities.
