Beautiful cabin with a great view
I spent a lot of time trying to find a cabin with a view of the mountains. This cabin did not disappoint. The cabin itself is beautiful and wonderfully decorated (loved all the bears). The hot tub is great and Mike changes the water before you arrive! We grilled on the patio every night. Mike is nice enough to leave propane for you to use, so you don't have to worry about going to buy some yourself. We also used the pool table every night, which was a lot of fun. We got to see some deer at the cabin before we left. They were right next to the deck so we got lots of good pictures. The cabin was also well stocked with pantry/kitchen items. We will definitely be coming back sometime next year!
We also got to meet Mike when we arrived. He is super nice!! Thanks for the great time Mike!
April cabin stay
Our cabin was amazing. The owner meet us at the cabin. Was very feral. Amazing place and location. Very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again and recommend it to everyone
Truly a Mountain Dream
This cabin was perfect! The view from the deck and hot tub are breathtaking. The property is quiet, secluded, and well-kept. Michael, the property owner, is very helpful and friendly. Shortly after we booked, he provided us with accurate directions to reach the cabin, as well as a list of links of attractions/things to do in the area. Overall, this property was fantastic and we hope to come back soon!
Thank you for the kind words and happy you enjoyed your stay.
This property is absolutely stunning! It was such a relaxing weekend getaway! Such a cozy & quiet cabin with so many accommodations! We will definitely be back!
Lily and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Mike and his beautiful A-frame cabin. A highlight of the place aside from the outdoor amenities would have to be the quality of the kitchen appliances and dishware provided. The owner knows what his visitors would enjoy!
Dear Maxwell and Lilly,
Thank you for the kind words.
Great romantic, private and quiet getaway
This was a real treat for my boyfriend and I. We haven't been on a vacation for some time and spur of the moment came up with this trip. Couldn't have been better. The cabin is up in the mountains on well-maintained mountain roads. Very secluded and is a great romantic getaway. Mike the owner is wonderful. There was some Wi-Fi trouble in the area the day we arrived, but there is a landline, which is nice. Mike called to check in on us and make sure everything was fine. The place is really cute and decorated with a great cabin/woods feel. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is perfect for cooking and there is also a grill. But the best part of course is the hot tub. It is the nicest thing to just be able to jump in after a long day and relax. Plus the views during the day and the stars and the moon at night are breathtaking. Pictures cannot do any justice. (Added bonus, the hot tub was drained from the previous guest, clean and new water added. This is the only way to do this right, thanks Mike)
The only downside, if you want to call it one, is it is farther from shops and grocery stores. At night, we did not feel comfortable driving on the roads cause we are not used to it, and there are no streetlights. So my advice would be, if you are like us and don't want to drive at night on the roads, plan ahead and pick up food before the night. We did that the next day we made dinner there the next two nights, which was great. But again, this isn't really a fault. If you value privacy, a place away from the city noise, then this isn't going to be a problem. And this was something we valued more than going out to eat dinner.
Book this place, you wont be disappointed. We hope to be back again.
