Bed linen and towels. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a balcony and a small winter garden. The spacious living and dining area is equipped with a modern open kitchen. There are also sleeping facilities for 2 people if required. The exclusively equipped and very large full bath invites you to relax. The tastefully furnished bedrooms offer double beds or Single beds for 6 people. The entire light-flooded living room is equipped with modern designer floors. There is a possibility to park bicycles in the annex. The apartment is very central, but still quiet. From here, the following can be reached in a few minutes, whether on foot, by train, bus or bicycle: old town (shopping, sightseeing, market), Schnoor, the Schlachte (promenade with lots of restaurants on the Weser), ramparts (nice walks in the green and lake), central station, town hall (ÖVB-Arena), museums, Rhododenronpark, Weserstadion, the district with its many boutiques, cafes and restaurants, theater, nightlife and much more Shops and stops are around the corner. Parking of vehicles is possible in the side streets or in the parking garage 500m away.
