Spacious and clean place for our group trip to the nearby national parks. The kids loved the game room and the pool! Communication was great and the place is managed by a professional bunch. Would recommend!
This is a gorgeous property—spotless and well-maintained with great attention to detail. The pool area is perfect, and the home is pet-friendly, which made our visit so much easier with our cat and 2 dogs.Fair heads-up: there are quite a few house rules since it's in a residential community, but they're communicated upfront or signage posted around the house. Just be prepared to follow them.
We enjoyed a large family gathering, plenty of space for everyone. Lots of fun was had in the garage at the ping pong table and fooseball table. Thank you for having us!
Host was excellent. Amenities with some exception were good

Good morning Richard. Thank you for your review. can you please elaborate on the amenities you were not satisfied with? We take pride in our home and would like to correct any issue to make it a great experience for every guest.
My girls group stayed here and visited the sequoia national park. We loved this house. The house was immaculate with beautiful decorations, beautiful furniture, beautiful outdoor area. Very pleasant stay. Loved sitting around the pool and unwinding in the evening. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.
We had eight family members staying for 4 nights and really enjoyed the property. The bunk room is great for kids, the pool was clean and backyard very accommodating for outdoor activities. The garage has a bunch of games (pool, ping pong, foosball) that kept us entertained throughout the stay. Highly recommend this property as a landing spot if you’re exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon.

Had problems with door automaton. The Host drove to the property to reset the system. We appreciated his driving to us within 10-15m.We had more family members wanting to stay over. But we didn’t have anymore room / space.“…We’re going to need a bigger boat!…”

The door automation is smart, when you prematurely try to open the door while it’s being unlocked it shuts down. For safety, it disables the system for a couple minutes until it allows re-entry of access code to get into the property.
Let us know how many more people you need to accommodate. If 11 beds is not enough we can bring out inflatable mattresses. Or, we can arrange for you to rent the short term rental Nextdoor. We manage both. Hope to see you again soon.
Beautiful, comfortable, fun home for family gathering
The house was perfect for our family thanksgiving get together. The garage/game room was a highlight (ping pong, pool table, foosball). The bunk bed room is so cool and was fun for the kids (they said it felt like "camp") :) The comfortable living room, with an open floorplan connected to the kitchen, was perfect for playing games.
Quite and very nice neighborhood. There is a really nice and fun park/playground in walking distance.
The drive from this house to Sequoia National Park was easy. It was about an hour and a half from the house to the Sherman Tree Trail.
We could not figure out how to start the fireplace. The towels were very thin and there were no tables with lamps in any of the rooms. There were no dressers in any of the rooms. The pictures of the property overstate the size of the pool and the rooms. There was no TV in the bunk room. The electric stove was difficult to adjust cooking temperatures. The steps in the front yard should be lit as there was a fall and two near falls. The shower down stairs was small and lacked shelves or benches for bottles. The lack of lighting (no lamps) made the formal living and dining rooms dark for those of us that do not like overhead lighting.
Nice place well maintained property. It is great for big families and we enjoyed a lot. Only issue is the bathrooms there are not enough for the kind of place. We were 13 people in the group with three bathrooms and we me is kind of open and other two are shared between rooms and they cannot be locked from inside so that was a kind of issue other than that a nice place and good amenities.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad your group enjoyed the home and amenities.
Regarding the home only having 3 bathrooms, our listing accurately describes the layout of the home. Your reservation was for 11 guests, so some coordination is expected with a larger group, just as it often is in hotels where one bathroom may serve multiple guests.
The lock in the restroom works, a quick message and we could have help you with that to make your stay run smoothly.
It is unfortunate to receive a review based on a feature that was clearly disclosed in the listing. If you ever have questions prior to booking you can always reach out to a host. We encourage all guests to carefully review the property description to ensure it meets the needs of their group before booking.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you had a great overall stay.
