Pioneer Campgrounds was created from an old summer camp that closed in 2019 due to the pandemic. It has become the perfect place for family reunions and weekend mountain getaways.

Why they chose this property
Pioneer Campgrounds has direct access to Twomile Creek and sits at the highest point of the old Camp Pioneer. It has great views of Rich Mountain from the Back Deck.
What makes this property unique
Pioneer Campgrounds was created from the old Camp Pioneer Boy Scout camp established in 1916. Thousands of scouts and scouters from all over the world camped at this property and learned valuable life skills and made many friends.
