Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 2 sofabeds (90 cm, length 190 cm), open-hearth fireplace, dining table, TV, international TV channels and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the patio. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 baths/WC. Comfortable furnishings in the country house style. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (5). View of the swimming pool. Facilities: washing machine. La maison n'est pas moderne, elle est dans son jus mais fonctionnelle. Il y a tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour. Elle etait propre meme si on a du faire un grand nettoyage car pas mal de fourmis. Le coin piscine est petit mais suffisant pour se baigner. Attention, un peu de vis-a-vis. Aucun materiel pour nettoyer la piscine a disposition. Emplacement idéal, tres proche du centre ville très animé en restant relativement calme (on entend quand même un peu mais c'est raisonnable

A casa uma agradável area exterior embora a piscina seja muito mais pequena do que parece na foto. O interior da casa acuse o passar dos anos. Como maiores inconvenientes a localização perto de uma zona de bares muito barulhenta e não ter internet.

This trip was fantastic. We met M. at the property bang on time and she even managed to get us a slightly later check out. The villa is pretty good, nice pool deck, plenty of loungers and a bbq area. The villa is nice and cool inside and plenty of seating. As for location, you won't find better. It's right at the bottom of the strip, 4/5 shops within 5mins walk. Bars and restaurants everywhere. It's not far from the beach and old town is 5 min taxi. Loved it
