This villa is a great size, The out side pool area and BBQ was brilliant and the location to the strip, resturants, Bars and shops made it perfect for our family of 7. The host was spot on with comms and met us at the villa and gave us a full lowdown on the villa and area. Will we book again 100%

We had the most amazing stay here for our girlie weekend away (Hen Do)The host Paulo was amazing, answering all my questions before we even booked and throughout. He was a fab help with everything from arranging early check in to booking our transfers to and from the airport. He met us on check in to show us around and had the most helpful folder with great info!We loved that there are alarms and emergency call buttons in the villa (especially as a group of women)The rooms were great, plenty of space with 11 of us. The pool area was fab, plenty of seats and not overlooked at all. It had the sun all day long too!Location couldn’t be better! Literally minute walks to the strip, shops and the beach. The old town was a 5/10 minute drive (taxi around 8)All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to come back again!

Our stay at villa oura beach

We had great stay at the house with a perfect locatiom close to the strip and beach. The houde had everything we needed.

amazing location

The villa has a very good location and is extremely nice, a 1minute walk to the strip and 20 minute walk to old town. Ubers in the area are very cheap not that they are needed, Paulo was a great host and gave us lots of recommendations for food and restaurants

Stag Party

Conveniently located within a 2 minute walk to 'The Strip', as well as shops and beach. Had all the basics needed for a stag party. The host, Paulo, was very accommodating and on hand for anything we needed. Even arranging airport transfer for us.

Great location and everything we needed

This property is just off the north of the strip. A quiet location just a short walk from the bars and restaurants. It has a great bbq area and comfortable seating for daytime lounging and chilling out. Paulo the host was brilliant. He arranged transfers from the airport and met us, with a welcome shop to take us around the property. He made the initial stay really easy and comfortable. Many thanks Paulo, great host. Highly recommend.

Stag Do

11 of us went for a friends stag do, contact was great with the host for the while process, worked with us on the check in/check out times, tour of the villa and loads of useful information. Pool and outside area where great for what we needed, location was spot on but although close to the strip, we couldnt hear anythihg at night. Would highly recommend

Fantastic Find

What a wonderful property, perfect for our group of friends to enjoy the sights and sounds of Albufeira day and night. Communicating with Paulo was easy, check in was lovely a smooth. The villa was exactly as expected with great amenities and a beautiful swimming pool (needed in the intense afternoon heat). The location couldn’t have been better for us, surround by shops, restaurants and of course the lively Oura Strip. So close to the night action yet you can’t hear it from the property once the night is over. Couldn’t ask for any more! Thank you Paulo!

Perfect villa - great location and super clean!

We recently stayed here for a hen do and the location was perfect - 30 second walk from the strip, 2 min walk to the shops, 10 min walk to the beach, and 25 min walk into the old town. Ubers were also very cheap and reliable. The villa itself was perfect - clean, all your kitchen facilities, spacious and the pool/outdoor area was beautiful. Paulo met us at the property, showed us around and explained how to use the house alarm (we were impressed with this and as a group of girls away, made us feel much safer - although the area itself is safe anyway). Paulo was brilliant at explaining where the local amenities are in the area, along with restaurant recommendations etc. Super helpful!We would definitely recommend, and would stay here again for another group holiday!

The villa was equipped with everything you needed for a good family break. Some English speaking film and sport channels, washing machine, dishwasher. Whilst the pool is not heated it was ok once you were in and we had trouble getting my grandchildren out so that's 10 stars from them.Check was very information particularly the folder that contains info for great local restaurants and beaches. Other than check in and out we had no need to contact the owner as everything was great. For anyone worried about noise from the strip you can only here it outside it's fine once the doors and windows are closed. My whole group enjoyed their stay and had nothing they could fault

Location and Host Excellent, but villa is in need of some TLC

The location is great, if you want access to the "strip" and "beach" and everything you would need! The Host was amazing, checking us in late after our flight was delayed and sharing lots of info about the villa and where to go and where to eat in the area. He also came and replaced the microwave the day after it broke down. The apartment was a great size for the 5 adults and 5 children in our family and we all had a wonderful stay, However, the villa is in need of a little TLC, some of the sun beds were broken, the pool had tiles that were missing, some of the furniture inside was a little "tired" and the kitchen was equipped with a miss mash of plates, glasses and cutlery etc. I am reluctantly leaving this feedback as the host was superb, but with a little investment on upgrades and repaies this would be a 5star villa.

Spacious Villa

The overall impression was good, however it became apparent that the Villa’s furniture and kitchen utensils, ironing board, fridges were really not in a very good condition and outdated. To be honest Villa needs a bit of tender loving care. This is only criticism of contents of Villa not the Villa itself, which is lovely and so central. Unfortunately the weather was very unkind during our stay and we could not take advantage of the pool and garden which was a pity. Paulo was excellent and very helpful, to conclude you have a beautiful villa in a fantastic location, it just needs an update and a good overall clean. Hope this review helps .

Great Location

We had a fantastic holiday staying at the villa in Oura. The hosts communication was brilliant throughout and they were able to accommodate some flexibility with our check in and check out times which really helped us. The location is brilliant with a good size supermarket 5 minutes walk away and the strip just 30 seconds away. Despite this the villa still felt peaceful and private and we didn’t have any noise from the strip. The old town can be reached in a 30 minute walk which you can take down the beach and we loved doing that at sunset before finding a restaurant. The villa itself does need some upkeep in places but generally you can’t complain given the location and price and plus points all outweighing this. The pool area is great with loads of sun loungers and south facing aspect so you get the sun all day long. Even though we went in October half term our girls were still using the pool regularly although it was a little chilly. We were a group of family with my parents and our kids and it was a great base for our holiday. The hosts were great throughout the booking and holiday process.

NEEDS REFURBISHING

PROPERTY NOT AS DESCRIBED. VERY TIRED , DAMP, CURTAINS HANGING OFF RUNNERS AND SETTEES NEEDED REPLACING. ON SUITES WERE OFF BEDROOMS WITH 3 SINGLE BEDS IN EACH AND DOUBLES HAD NONE. OUR DOUBLE BED WAS PROPPED UP AND EVERYTIME YOU MOVED IT FELT LIKE YOU WERE GOING TO FALL THROUGH. OUR CLOTHES WERE DAMP ASWELL AS THE BEDDING. WARDROBES AND KITCHEN CUPBOARDS SMELT OF DAMP AND SAUCEPANS WERE SCRATCHED AND WORN. NOT LUXURY DINING AS DESCRIBED. THE GARDENS AND POOL AREA WERE NICE WITH LEMON AND ORANGE TREES IN THE GARDEN. THE VILLA WAS CLEAN AND THE OWNER VERY NICE, BUT VILLA NEEDS REFURBISHING AND UPDATING.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We aim to please all our guests so all the reviews are very welcome. All your criticisms have been taken into consideration and part of the issues have already been rectified. Curtains, bed and chairs were repaired or replaced and we bought new saucepans. Regarding the damp, this could have happened due to the fact that the villa was not occupied during the 3 weeks before your stay. This, coupled with the fact that it had rained during the whole previous week, may have caused this feeling of humidity in the house. However all rooms have air conditioning prepared to cool, heat and dehumidify. The on suite bedrooms are indeed the ones with 3 beds because they are bigger, but this is described in the website. A bathroom its situated to the side (next door) of the double bedrooms. I am glad you appreciated our services and cleaning, it means a lot to us. Wishing that next time everything is as you wish. Perfect location for friends hol!

8 of us went, all 20/21, host sorted us transfer from the airport which worked out just over £10 each RETURN! Transfer took about 40 mins, driver communicated really well, let us connect to Bluetooth, gave us a little tour guide too! Host met us at the villa, even though it was 11:30pm! explained all the rules, how to work the keys and locks. Location is perfect if you’re looking for a party holiday. 2 minute walk to the supermarket and main strip, if you land in late you can go get a takeaway, they are open til late. The power did cut out when we were all getting ready but we rang the host and helped us get it back on straight away! Beach is about 10 mins away, warning: really steep hill on the walk home!!!!! Air con in all the rooms, but quite cold at night in Portugal anyways! Deffo bring a hoodie, as we spent every night sitting in the outside dining table! Loads of sunbeds for everyone! Lemon tree at the back of the villa, I put lemon juice in my hair everyday! One of the girls got tonsillitis, host gave us directions to closest doctors and pharmacy, which was about 15 min walk away, super easy! We were worried about not getting our breakage deposit back, mainly thinking about dirty towels and bedsheets, but when they say breakage they mean it, and we got it ALL back the day we left !!! So good!! Great place to go with your group of friends! Highly recommend

Excelentes férias em família .

Agradecemos ao senhor Paulo pela atenção e hospitalidade que foi excecional , fomos bem recebidos , a casa tem um espaço fantástico , muito bem situada , a piscina e ótima , assim como o espaço exterior de lazer , com churrasqueira . Os quartos são espaçosos , duas boas suites , necessitava de um frigorífico maior e mais moderno , tem tudo desde máquina café a máquina lavar roupa e loiça , boa tv , bom sinal Wi-Fi resumidamente uma boa estadia . Mais uma vez agradecemos ao senhor Paulo que assim que entrou devolveu nos o depósito , muito amável e atencioso de certeza que iremos voltar . Obrigada .

Villa com excelente potencial.... mas necessita de algum investimento.

A favor: Piscina, espaço, ar condicionado, localização, wi-fi A melhorar: Frigorifico - Para grupos maiores o mesmo é manifestamente pequeno e estando cheio demora bastante a atingir a temperatura ideal - Algo que melhoraria a experiência dos hóspedes, sendo um investimento necessário. Colchões de algumas camas: Necessário renovar Casas de banho: Estruturas de poliban a necessitar de revisão. Limpeza: Grelha muito suja e alguns locais da casa (espaços entre as almofadas dos sofás) necessitam de maior atenção. Espaço para refeição exterior: Exposta ao sol tendo para fazer sombra 2 chapéus de sol que é manifestamente pouco e de dificil operação. Tendo uma estrutura por cima já existente, bastaria colocar um toldo. Colchões das espreguiçadeiras - Não utilizáveis (muito velhas)
