Apartment on the beach - apartment

Our apartment in the dune residence is 100 meters from the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach and within walking distance of the village center. The dune residence is a pure holiday residence directly behind the dune and embedded in the dune forest. Karlshagen is located in the northern part of the sunny island of Usedom between Zinnowitz and Peenemünde. The village offers shopping and entertainment facilities as well as doctors and a pharmacy. Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth on the sports beach (in summer: surfing, water skiing, banana rides) as well as on the marina.

Holiday:
Our duplex apartment was completed in January 2006. It is located in a house with 6 apartments, which have separate entrances. Our guests have 2 parking spaces and a garden shed with 2 bicycles (2 x 28 inches - use at your own risk). The apartment is spread over 2 floors and is furnished for 4 adults / children. On the upper floor of the house are hall, bathroom with shower and toilet, the kitchen with dining area and the living room with balcony and a storeroom. The living room leads to the attic with 2 bedrooms. One room is furnished with a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm; in the second bedroom you will find two single beds 90 cm x 200 cm. We want you to feel comfortable and have therefore placed much emphasis on upscale amenities: The angle fitted kitchen has a fridge freezer, a microwave, a ceramic hob, oven and extractor hood, a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. Furthermore, it is equipped with all household items such as dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, etc. A large dining table with 4 chairs invites you to linger. A highchair, children's crockery and cutlery are also available. In the living room is next to a sitting area a high-backed armchairs for cozy bookshelves available. A TV, a DVD player and a small stereo system (radio, CD, cassette) are also available. The bathroom offers plenty of storage space and is equipped with a towel radiator. On the balcony are a table and four chairs. Please note that this is a Non smoking apartment - you can smoke on the balcony! Since we want to rent the apartment to allergic persons, please do not bring pets!
