Family easter trip

The house was amazing. So much room for all of us and then some. More than enough towels and washcloths. Everything. Shampoo and conditioner and body wash dispensers were a wonderful touch. Back yard area was amazing and nice to have with the kids and the dog. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone

Wonder place to stay

The house was very neat and clean and had all the things needed for your stay including games for the kids and family, we would definitely stay there again.

The Perfect DIRTY 5 - Bedroom Home For The Entire Family

To say the least this property is located in a great area however upon my arrival the door was not locked properly so it just opened. As you walk in the spacious area is perfect for sitting and chatting until you actually see the stains in the gray sofa pictured on the main title page and the aroma of what I call cat or dog urine from previous stays. Do not expect to cook on the stove because most of the pans are rust beyond cleanable to use. If your staying after me you may find it to smell a little fresh as we did a good cleaning on the counters and cabinets because I just couldn't stay in filth. I will advise you to keep your shoes on as I'm sure the stickiness on the floor is still the same and when you go upstairs the stains everywhere looks less then appealing to walk barefoot or in socks. The dirty rugs in all restrooms need to be changed out. Use there towel for the floor like we did and bring your own. You will need to wash them at the end of your stay by the way. I would also advise you wash the sheets and comforter as it was terrible smell so I doubt they will wash them after us. Be sure to use Quick Dry and Quick Wash because the washers will have you there for over an hour waiting. Nonetheless Its spacious just needs a good deep clean and replace restroom rugs. Fix that and you have a wonderful place.

Great house

This house is in a very nice area where we felt safe. The deck off the back is the perfect place to enjoy your evenings. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Our group recommends this property

Family Vacation

It was an easy check in and out process. The house was great size for my family. It had everything we needed. It was 30 or 40 minutes away from every where we were visiting. I was happy that there was a smoking area but bummedout it was not 420 friendly(respected the house)and smoking area wasn't specified. I also wish there were blackout curtains. Lol the sun comes up at 5am, us Texans aren't used to that. But other than that our stay was fun.

Almost 5 stars!

Stayed for 2 nights with a group of friends before an event. All rooms were as pictured and having a number of bathrooms was appreciated. Location was good, neighborhood was quiet. We really appreciated the laundry machine and dryer too! A few things I would do to improve the place: towel hooks in upstairs bathroom closer to the shower + hand towel stand on counter. Kitchen towels were not provided and we were only given 1 roll of paper towels. Checkout reminded me of the other big vacation house service of having to do chores despite paying a hefty cleaning fee - loading AND emptying the dishwasher? Stripping our own beds? Speaking of, there were some stained pillow cases/mattresses for those who are easily grossed out. Overall a comfortable stay but just a couple of touches could make this a repeat stay option.

Family Stay

Good home for multi-families. It had 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. We rented this while attending a wedding in Colorado Springs, nice to have the room for 7 family members and cook our meals. Close to shopping and the airport and Garden of the Gods. We would stay here again!

Wonderful place and great location

We are glad that we stayed here. Plenty of room for all of us and is located in a great location in Colorado Springs. The kitchen was very comfortable to use and enough room for us to eat together. We could easily park more than 2 cars at the house which was important to us also. When we come back to Colorado Springs, we will look to see if this house is available again. Thanks to the owner and his family.

We stayed here as a place to get ready for my wedding. Th experience was great and they allowed for a later check out which helped us to get through all of the hair and makeup! Thank you for your flexibility, I truly appreciate it!!

House is very roomy. Kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots etc. 4 bathrooms was a blessing. Great park up the street.

Nicely furnished, poorly maintained

Matresses were very filthy and some didn’t have mattress pads. King bed had three flat twin sheets for it’s bottom sheet. Three cracked windows. Sink sprayer broken. Some vents completely covered in dust. Closet doors off track. Owner said he’d greet us did not, I let him know within an hour of check in the smoke alarm was chirping. Didn’t respond until next morning. We went out in a bad storm to get a battery as it was hard wired and wouldn’t stop . Would not stay again

Agree with previous- could have been a 5.

Good location.Accommodations were good. Quiet neighborhood. House was not adequately cleaned. Some beds needed sheets put on. As previously reviewed, rugs were a tripping hazard. Fry and sauce pans néed replaced. Only 3 squares of paper towels. Refrigerator not cooling, but repair completed immediately and appreciated. Grill needed cleaned and cleaning brush replaced. Closet doors need repaired. More than adequate accommodations for meals and family get togethers. Overall enjoyed our time and would recommend.

Not quite a 5 star but can be

Location was easy to find, as you enter the subdivision, the streets are bad, there are cracks across the street so you constantly drive into bumps on the street to the house. Checkin was fine. House nice setting but needed some updating. 1. Cooking Pans need updated, the ones there were rusted and over used. 2. Several of the spices & ingredients were rancid & outdated. 3. Rugs in house were a hazard for children & elderly. Rugs laying on top of the present carpet on the corners were lifted up so the children would trip and fall and for the elderly couple we had to watch them carefully so they won't trip on them. 4. At Hotels your bed has a fitted sheet & a sheet to sleep with. Here you had a mattress cover and then the full sheet on top. if you ever slept on a mattress cover it is very itchy & uncomfortable. 5.Downstairs room was so cold, even with air conditioner off, it was so cold, thank goodness we brought extra blankets. 6. Downstairs, by the patio glass doors was a large wet area from the first day. Not sure where it was leaking to get it that wet. 7. Downstairs bathtub needs some safety strips in the tub. When you shower & the soap runs off your body it falls in tub & makes it very slippery, you have to really be careful. It would have been nice to place some safety bars in all the bathtubs. 8. A few of the comforters were already stain with large dark spots Location was near many stores & restaurants Love the Yard, for kids. Thank You. No instruction for

Spacious Family Home

We had an excellent time in Colorado Springs with the whole family. The Perfect 5 bedroom home was a perfect place to return each day after our adventures. The area is great - close to shopping, grocery and restaurants and a 20-30 minute drive from many of the area attractions. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, shower and relax. The house had everything we needed. Everything was really clean.

Rough Stay In The Springs

You paid a cleaning fee but felt as though you wanted a refund as it wasn't cleaned. Kitchen appliances were dirty. They ask for you to put dishes away yet we put the dishes from the last guest away. For a 2 night stay we ran out of toilet paper. They didn't provide hardly any. Maintenance on safety railing was lacking. Has potential just needs attention
