In the communal outdoor area of the complex, you can sunbathe on warm afternoons and go for a swim in the spacious pool, which furthermore has a children’s pool area and outdoor showers. Due to its exceptional location in the heart of Puerto del Carmen’s vibrant Old Town, there is wide array of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes within the immediate vicinity. You will find the charming, Old Town harbour here. Additionally, the local beach of the town, about 900 m or a 13-minute walk away, awaits you with its fine, golden sands. Here you can listen to the calming waves as you watch the glittering ocean before you.
