Kick back and relax in this newly renovated home-away-from-home, with upscale lakeside amenities. Nestled in the highly sought-after Akiskinook community, this condo features two south-facing decks and a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy the great outdoors year-round. Bask in the sunshine on the private beach. Challenge each other to a game on the tennis, pickleball, basketball and squash courts. Get your sweat on in the gym or at the indoor pool, then melt any aches away into the hot tub.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.



PARKING

You will have access to a dedicated parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the main parking lot if needed. All visitors are required to place a parking pass on their vehicles for the duration of their stay.



CONSUMABLES

Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Akiskinook is a charming private lakefront community located on the “warm side of the Rockies” on the shores south of Invermere, British Columbia. The 156 units perched high on the banks overlook the lake and the ancient Purcell Mountains. Lakeshore facilities include a 125-slip marina, storage for paddling vessels and a private beach. Owners and their guests can meet and play in the Recreation Centre which includes a swimming pool, hot tub, multi-purpose court, recreation area (with wifi) and a meeting room.





To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Great place Lots to do!

Loved the location to the restaurants. Loved access to the beach Pool/Hot Tub Games room was very fun! Had funtime at Ozzies go karting and mini golf. Great stay overall! Perfect amount of rooms.

It was a nice place, some issues with cleanliness. Great communication and no issues. We LOVED that they have stuff for kids. My daughter had a great time playing with the stuff and colouring. If you have kids, this place is great and has many things for kids to play with.

Great resort condo

We loved our stay at this resort condo. The place was family friendly and there were mant helpful inclusions (e.g., children's books and toys, an extra fold out single bed perfect for our almost 3 year old, a well stocked kitchen, etc.). The rec centre and beach area were both great! The unit didn't have air conditioning through out, but a window air conditioning unit in one room provided great relief as temperatures were quite high during our stay. There were many fans which was great. Property management responded promptly and professionally. Would recommend to others.

If you are bringing a boat STAY HERE!

The location was absolutely perfect. They have a marina on site so we were able to launch our boat for the time we stayed here which was very convenient and cheap! The condo had everything we needed, however we did not spend much time there. There were two nice patio areas but we did not utilize them or uncover the furniture as it was pretty chilly in the mornings and that was the only time we were at the property, unless to sleep. The primary bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy. The bottom bunk in the second bedroom was broken and the slats fell out when the bed was sat on so we just used the other two beds provided. We did share this information with the hosts when we checked out. The hosts were both amazing. We discovered that there was not a blow dryer and I informed Chelsea and she had one delivered quickly. I gave the cleanliness a lower rating due to stained bedspreads, tons of dust under beds/couch, and the walls were quite dirty. None of which inconvenienced us but I have stayed in many VRBO properties and they were much cleaner. One bit of information I would share about the area is that the restaurants close quite early during the week and even if the website states the kitchen closes at 8pm, CALL FIRST. We experienced this twice where we arrived at a restaurant at 715-730 and the kitchen had already closed due to how busy they were during the day. Overall it was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again!
