The garden room has a bathroom with shower and toilet. Furnished with a spacious wardrobe, Nespresso machine, TV and 1.4 meter wide bed. The room has direct garden access. The garden is free for you to use (grill, trampoline, pavilion).
A second room with a 90cm bed and a small television is available.
Despite the proximity to Düsseldorf and close proximity to all necessary shops, it is very quiet in the house and in the garden. There is a 49 inch 4k TV available.
The kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor are available for common use. Likewise, the garden with covered seating, grill and fireplace.
The landlord lives in the house.
