Great apartment in Schnaittach near Nuremberg

Bright and lovingly furnished 3-room apartment (87 sqm) with a large terrace in a convenient location at the gateway to Franconian Switzerland and a stone's throw from Nuremberg. Only for non-smokers (there is no smoking on the roof terrace)! If you are more than 4 people, we can try to find a solution.
Satellite TV and wifi.
Kitchen with ceramic hob (4-way), extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine (Senseo) and kettle. Coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, pepper and salt available.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Washing machine, small ironing board and iron available.
Own parking space right next to the hastür.
Independent check-in with key box if no landlord is at home.

No parties, sex dates (Tinder etc.) or the like
We live in the same house and value peace and quiet. Therefore no phone calls with opened / tilted windows and on the roof terrace.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Prima woning als tussenstop of enkele locatie

Uitstekende locatie ! De communicatie met de eigenaar ging voortreffelijk. Alles was in de woning aanwezig om ons verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken ! Auto op eigen oprit ! Kamers en douche faciliteiten super schoon en woongedeelte was heel ruim en licht ! Een echte aanrader 👍
