About this property

Stylish maritime apartment three-sided terrace dream in the nature reserve

This completely new & lovingly furnished apartment is on the second floor of the newly built LAGUNA PALACE RESORT. You can enjoy the wonderful view on a 75 square meter terrace that extends over three sides of the apartment. On the one hand you can see over the picturesque harbor, on the other hand over the nature reserve.
The apartment has a cozy living room with an integrated kitchen and dining area. TV flat screen and internet are available. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine. The two bedrooms each have a double bed. Two bathrooms, which are equipped with two showers and a beautiful, harmonious entrance area complete your holiday oasis.
The terrace is generously equipped, on the one hand with a dining table and six armchairs, a sofa and a shower, on the other hand with an inviting bench, coffee table and two loungers.
The access to the garden area with an outdoor pool / whirlpool with thermal spring water invite you to relax.
The parking space is included in the price, if you would like to rent a garage space, it costs EUR 10 per day.

You will soon be spoiled for a fee in the LAGUNA PALACE RESORT SPA.
The LAGUNA PALACE RESORTS staff speak German, English and Italian.
Numerous excursion destinations in the area also make this location attractive. Lignano, Trieste, Venice and Verona to name but a few.
Lignano Sabbiadoro is a 10-minute drive from the property. A daily bus service to the beach is also available. Trieste Airport is 58 km away.

Einfach perfekt

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung! Alles war absolut sauber und gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: modern, hochwertig und sehr durchdacht. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der wunderschönen Terrasse – ein echtes Highlight, ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

sehr schöner Urlaub in einer perfekten neuen Anlage

Die Inseratbeschreibung passt genau auf die Ferienwohnung. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer ruhigen entspannten Atmosphäre. Die Wohnungsübergabe zu Beginn klappte perfekt. ein paar Facts: wunderbarer Pool, schöner Blick auf den Hafen, eine riesige Terrasse, moderne Einrichtung und eben wirklich keine Nebengeräusche aus anderen Wohnungen. Zur Riviera von Lignano musste man ein paar Minuten fahren. Hat aber gut funktioniert. Wenn ich einen kleinen Tipp an die sehr netten Vermieter geben könnte, dann wäre eine bessere Raumabdunkelung für das Zimmer mit Hafenblick gut, weil der Hafen auch nachts sehr stark beleuchtet ist und der vorhandene Sonnenschutz nicht 1:1 eine angenehme Schlafatmosphäre schafft und zunächst echt gewöhnungsbedürftig ist. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war am Ende das doch sehr überteuerte Weinglas (10 € für ein in der Spülmaschine zerbrochenes Glas fand ich doch einen ordentlichen Betrag!). Gerne wieder! Ansonsten war alles perfekt und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub, in dem es sonst an nichts fehlte.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir haben im Sommer 2022 für 16 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Es hat in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr neu und modern. Besonders schön war der 270 Grad Balkon. Einziges Manko, die 16 Tage sind im Flug vergangen. ;) Wir kommen gerne wieder…

Toller Aufenthalt in Aprilia Marittima

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung in Aprilia Marittima. Alles war so wie beschrieben, ein tolles, modernes Apartment. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Schlüsselübergabe war super organisiert. Wir würden wieder kommen.
