Beautiful holiday home on Silbersee for up to 8 people

Beautiful, lovingly designed holiday home on Silver Lake in Frielendorf.

Visit us also under: Dream Houses Sibersee in the Internet.

The holiday home 195 is located in the Ferienwohnpark Silbersee in Rotkäppchenland.

Leisure facilities for young and old: the Ferienwohnpark offers an indoor playground, climbing park, mini golf, summer toboggan run, wellness paradise with sauna and swimming pool with outdoor slide and the silver lake itself.
Shops are in Frielendorf itself quickly, also on foot, reachable.

The holiday house:
In the house (about 130 m²) are available in two separate apartments for up to 4 people four bedrooms for up to 8 people. Three bedrooms with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, and 2 bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink.

Additional features: per floor a fitted kitchen with hob, microwave, dishwasher coffee pod machine, coffee maker, Wi-Fi and flat TV 40 ".
In the outdoor area you will find both front and behind the house a non-visible terrace with barbecue.

In the cold months there is one fireplace per floor with a visible flame. Firewood can be purchased from us if required.

Please note that the house is a non-smoking house. Pets on request!

Seasons 2019:
High season 01. 04. - 31. 10. 2019; 20. 12. 2019 - 05. 01. 2020: € 110,00 per night / house

Single booking of an apartment possible on request.

Low season: 90.00 per night / house

The minimum rental period is 3 nights, over Christmas and New Year's Eve 5 nights.
Electricity / water: 3 € / person / day. Laundry packages on request.
Final cleaning: € 100,00 per stay.
Deposit: 150 €

The community Frielendorf charges a spa fee per day, which is paid by us.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und durchdacht renoviert und überdurchschnittlich ausgestattet und die Kommunikation sehr schnell und freundlich. Der Silbersee ist wunderschön und war auch Mitte August sehr ruhig, weil die hessischen Ferien schon vorbei waren. Für die 3 Generationen unserer Familie war es super: Oma-Opa waren viel im Umland unterwegs und haben die Fachwerkstädte besichtigt; die Familien mit Kindern hatten viel Programm am See mit Tretboot, Minigolf und Sommerrodelbahn und mit Tierpark und Wandern in der Umgebung. Ein toller Familienurlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, modern und gut ausgestattet und genau richtig für 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder. Fliegengitter und eine Waschmaschine im Objekt wären sehr schön. Man kann zwar die Waschgelegenheiten im Ferienpark nutzen, diese sind aber sehr teuer und wenn man Pech hat, ist die Tür abgeschlossen. Ansonsten haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, modern und sauber eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles zu finden was man benötigt, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca 5 Autominuten entfernt. Der See mit Badestrand und Freizeitangeboten war super für uns und vor allem die Kinder, der Ferienpark selbst ist schon etwas herunter gekommen. Die Nebenkosten werden bei Abreise erst bezahlt, vielleicht könnte man das für die Zukunft gleich im Mietpreis inklusive machen.

Schönes Haus-schöner sogar als auf den Fotos

Wir waren zum 2. mal in den Osterferien am Silbersee und zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus. Das Haus und die Einrichtung haben uns positiv überrascht, da es schöner war als der erste Eindruck von den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Einziges Manko war die Umgebung: an Ostersonntag konnten wir in der näheren Umgebung des Hauses keine Möglichkeit finden für ein nettes Osterbrunch. Aber ein paar Aufbackbrötchen im Haus haben es dann auch getan. Alles in Allem können wir das Haus nur Empfehlen, auch wenn sowohl Gas, Wasser und Strom nochmal extra am Ende abgerechnet wurden. . getan. finden dort in der Nähe

Urlaub im Traumhaus

Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Frau Hahn war prompt und unkompliziert und sie ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten beispielsweise ein Bettlaken vergessen und sie hat uns zeitnah eines zur Verfügung gestellt. Sowohl Haus als auch Garten und Terasse waren blitzsauber und alles war vorhanden, so dass wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt haben. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert, 5 plus Sterne ;-)

Das Ferienhaus ist für jedes Alter und jede Gruppe zu empfehlen. Von altersgerechte, behinderten reundliche Bad bis zum Babybett ist das Haus auf alle Bedürfnisse eingerichtet. Aktivitäten und Unternehmungen in der Umgebung gibt es ebenfalls eine große Auswahl.

Silbersee immer wieder gern

Das Haus 195 am Silbersee in Frielendorf ist einfach nur ein Traum. Alles sehr schön renoviert mit Liebe zum Detail. Wir waren für 5 Tage dort zu Gast. Es war echt Toll. Wir werden definitiv nochmal dort hinfahren. Es ist eine echte Empfehlung.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, komplett saniertes Haus, mit kompletter Kücheneinrichtung. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, Kleinigkeiten wie Salz/Pfeffer, Öl und Kaffee ist vorhanden. Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht bei Problemen sofort zur Verfügung.
