This peaceful and centrally-located place, 10 mins to Hollywood Beach, 5 mins to the Hard Rock hotel, and 8 min. to the Hard Rock stadium. Newly painted with all the appliances, sleeps 4; private room sleeps 2 on bed size full, plus sofa bed in living room sleeps 2 more. Includes front yard and back patio, open storage space, and convenient parking space on same lot.

Other things to note
Convenient for 2 adults plus 2 children (who would sleep in sofabed in living room). Complete bldg and fence New paint job was completed in early June, 2022.

Property was ready to go. Everything was nice , neat, and clean. It is close by to a lot of stores and businesses which is a plus. Only con I would say would be the repairs.

House is clean and updated with the basic services and good location. It had easy property access and a private entrance. House is located in a residential area and was close to shops, restaurants and pharmacy. I enjoyed my stay in the area and was able to play pickleball and went fishing.

excellent accommodation.

Everything was as described in the publication. the place is beautiful, comfortable and extremely clean. when we arrived the smell was clean the shower is great it has a spectacular jet that relaxes you, everything is very nice. The tenant was very kind, he responded immediately whenever I wrote to him and he is very honest. I left some belongings and he is keeping them for me. I think the price is excellent for the quality of this place and I would not hesitate to stay again. I had a mistake and it was that when I left the lodging my flight had been brought forward and we had to leave almost as if we were running away, we couldn't pick up our mess and I'm very sorry about that but the tenant is very polite and understanding todo era tal cual describía la publicación. el lugar es hermoso, cómodo y extremadamente limpio. cuando llegamos el olor era a limpio la ducha es genial tiene un chorro espectacular que te relaja, todo es muy lindo. el arrendatario fue muy amable respondía inmediatamente cuantas veces le escribía y es muy honesto deje algunas pertenencias y él las está guardando para mi creo que el precio es excelente para la calidad de este lugar y no dudaría en volver a hospedarme. tuve una falla y fue que cuando salí del hospedaje me habían adelantado mi vuelo y tuvimos que salir casi como huyendo no alcanzamos a recoger nuestro reguero y eso lo lamento mucho pero el arrendatario es muy educado y comprensivo
