Your apartment has a private entrance, ample parking, kitchenette (all necessary appliances), and private full bathroom. Five minutes to RI's best beaches, ten minutes to URI and walking distance to delicious restaurants & the quaint town of Charlestown. Huge backyard with jungle gym, fire pit and bbq!

Super positive stay. Wish it could hold more people. The owner actually dried our beach towels for us. Great location to everything in South County. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful stay, definitely returning

Extremely easy to find, this VRBO was great from the very start. Spacious rooms, large televisions, equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedding. The host was communicative and very helpful. Great recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Quiet surroundings despite being close to the host's home. Overall, a great stay.

Great location & super clean!

We really only used the space for sleeping and housing our belongings but it was super clean and the listing was accurate. Close by are a ton of great beaches! We also went to Lavender Waves Farm, the Umbrella Factory, Ninigret Park to see the troll sculptures. Trustom Pond is a great spot for nature walks too!

The apartment was spacious & clean. The host Amanda was friendly & thoughtful, leaving waters in the fridge for our arrival as well as coffee & creamers. Perfect for us!!

I stayed here with my disabled son who is seven , I had some questions about noise and accessibility and Amanda was super helpful and swift with responses ! It was clean and quiet and my son learned to swing on the big boy swings for the first time ever !!! ❤️ The whole process was super easy and I would definitely go back if I’m in the area!

Very nice property on a beautiful lot

Place was very nice. More than adequate for our stay visiting relatives in the area. Only issue we had was with the keypad lock. It was hard to use, difficult to see the display in full sun, and, if you enter the code wrong 3 times (my fault) locks you out until a key or something is physically present. The holiday inn commercial jokes about the difficulty of finding a lockbox, but that would have been preferable.

Great beach cottage

This unit is the back unit in a traditional beach cottage, just like iI remember from my youth. Its in a GREAT location minutes from most things you need and all the ones you want. Check in was a breeze, manager was communicative with all the details I needed. House was very well kept. Plenty of linens. Shampoo, conditioner, soap for the shower. Coffee, creamer and water provided. Although I did not get to use it , the back yard is great. Firepit, seating, play space for kids. I have family in the area and I will stay here again.

First things first, the major problem was left out of the description and pictures of course. There is a “closet door” that divides the unit from the owner’s in front!! (Which makes it sound they are in the apartment with you most times- including the dog that was heard squeaking, barking and scratching at the door . oh and what I dan only assume is a furbo device that spits out treats remotely and has a speaker as we heard that also! Not only can you hear next door, the panels allow you to see through if someone walks by. We had to put a sheet over it to at least have that privacy. Not going to nitpick every little thing but…the coffee maker was terrible- one pot hotel room type and bed was not comfortable. The highlight of this property was the large sized tv that allowed me to login to my steaming services. Not worth the money spent for a relaxing vacation. Also, for the future, hosts should consider introducing themselves to guests since they are right there. 5 star review is suspect.

We were happy to host Michelle and her boyfriend. They were only our second booking ever so we took their feedback to heart and added sound proofing curtains and rugs to reduce noise traveling through the units. Our pooch has also adjusted to the guests coming and going and she is blocked from being anywhere near the dividing doors. We would have totally introduced ourselves but Michelle and her guest seemed to want to keep to themselves. We hope she gives us another chance! Best, Amanda

Comfy!

Loved staying here for a workcation before Labor Day weekend and wish we'd booked through the weekend. Hosts were available but not ever intrusive. Property was perfect for us (every window looks out on something gorgeous). The bed is super comfortable and LARGE with ample pillows and soft sheets. Water drinkable and delicious from the faucet (glorious well for us city people). They have a very cute friendly pup named Rue. She's very loving and playful. Beaches and Restaurants are easily accessible. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Can't wait to be back!!

Great place for a getaway!

Amanda and Kyle were super nice. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was very clean. This location is perfectly centralized and at most its only a 10 to 15 min drive from anywhere you'd want to go. The hubs and I agreed this is a place we would certainly return to.
