On the bright side, Kasa Living management is very responsive and took care of us. Unfortunately, we needed to bother them often to repair a bathroom door that wouldn’t close, a shower controller that was broken and a toilet that cycled every 10 minutes throughout the night. And the unit was not as clean as it should have been. The neighborhood is safe but not great. However, it’s a quick drive to downtown DC and easy access to the sites. Parking was good. I understand that Kasa is a national company that focuses on connecting travelers with un-rented apartments. In retrospect, that’s kind of how it felt. A first floor unit, just off the lobby, on the street side is not a unit one would choose to rent. That said, they’re a new company trying to work out the kinks and maybe their other properties have it down.

Great location, but be careful with parking!

This was a great property! The amenities are top notch including a rooftop exercise loop, theatre room and multiple common rooms. One caution is make sure you have all your information correct and don’t let your ParkMobile app payment lapse- they tow with no warning and without mercy in the public parking area!

Great spot on a great location

This was the perfect home base for our weekend excursions through Del Ray, Old Town Alexandria, Mt. Vernon and Washington, D.C.

Great place for families

Stayed here for a week over Thanksgiving, good location, cute neighborhood, nice amenities, beds were comfortable, easy and consistent interaction with management. Would definitely stay again and look into other Kasa locations when we travel.
