This cosy holiday home is located at Zalew Szczeciski in the immediate vicinity of the Czarnocin nature reserve.



The house with a living space of approx. 80 m² is situated on a fenced 1,200 m² plot. The house consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The interior of the house is inspired by nature. The calming colours and the use of natural materials have a positive effect on your well-being. The house is child and pet friendly.





In addition, there is a large, covered terrace with an area of approx. 24 m², which is equipped with high-quality garden furniture.



A large sandy beach is located approx. 500 m from the holiday home, where you will also find ideal conditions for windsurfing and kitesurfing. The beach is child-friendly with shallow water and here you can watch unforgettable sunsets. In the summer months, the neighbouring holiday camp "Frajda" offers windsurfing, sailing, climbing and rope courses as well as bike hire. There is a nature reserve about 1 km away with a beautiful cycle path that runs along the picturesque shore. You can admire nature and especially the abundance of water birds by bike. The water channel (approx. 800 metres from the house) is ideal for fishing. A second pet is welcome for an additional fee.
