This family friendly home filled with amenities won't disappoint! Four bedrooms and four full bathrooms with beds for 12. Primary bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Second primary bedroom on the second floor with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Lake view bedroom on second floor with queen bed and an additional bunk room with three sets of twin bunkbeds. The queen guest room and bunk room share an additional full bathroom on the second floor with a fourth full bathroom off of the living room on the main floor. Enjoy sunsets from the spacious front porch and private dining off of the back deck. Your private hot tub is the perfect way to relax after a fun-filled day!
This home is fully stocked with all of the amenities of home and ready for you to enjoy. The host stocks the home with coffee, tea, spices for cooking as well as laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms. Personal hot tub (serviced and available year round), paddle boards, wagon, beach equipment, snowshoes, sleds and games are also provided. Only 2 short blocks to great restaurants, shopping and year-round festivals and directly across from Peninsula Park Beach. In the summer you can easily park your car and enjoy all that Boyne City has to offer by foot. Perfect location to watch the 4th of July fireworks and Boyne Thunder! 6.5 miles to skiing, golfing, the new skybridge and waterpark at Boyne Mountain. * Note that his home is also equipped with a Generic whole house generator assuring that you and your family will stay warm in the event that town looses power due to wind/storms.

Nice place for adult groups to chill

My group of friends came up for some skiing, bowling, casino, and game nights. Hot tub was nice to relax in. Quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable enough for grown med to crash in. No complaints from anyone in the group. Recommended overall 👍

Wonderful getaway

We had 3 families come together for the week between Christmas and New Years and very much enjoyed our stay. Becky quickly replied to a couple of questions and was super helpful. The house was clean, well-appointed, and nearly perfect for our group. Hopefully, we'll make it back next year!

Play all day or just relax.

Outstanding accommodations and amenities. This clean and beautiful home had everything we needed and more. So many bath towels and beach towels. So many games and toys for the kids and the adults. Walk down the street to town or walk across the street to the beach. Our favorite spot was the large, comfortable and shady front porch with enough seating for our family of nine. This is where we enjoyed our morning coffee, ate some of our meals and sipped wine as we watched the gorgeous sunsets over Lake Charlevoix! We will definitely return.

Excellent house and location!

Nothing negative to say! It fit our family perfectly! Walked into town every day, sometimes twice a day! Great view of Lake Charlevoix and beautiful sunsets! Splash pad worked wonderfully for our 4 year old and 20 month old granddaughters…we can’t wait to stay there again…loved it!

Like visiting a close friends

This was the best VRBO rental we have ever had! From day one, we knew this was the perfect fit for our family! Every need was thought of; from a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom to comfortable beds, linens, and towels... This host does not skimp and makes you feel right at home! The location is very convenient to get to town but quiet with friendly neighbors. There was plenty of seating inside and outside for our family of 7 adults and 2 kids. The host was very responsive. We hope to return again and again! This is the message I sent to the host that express how I felt after checking in: So we finally have a second to breathe after the wedding festivities. Your place is wonderful! The way we were welcomed here feels like we came to visit our best friends that truly care deep for us and are treating us like royalty. I am usually not this "gushy" but don't know how else to express how well you have prepared for us and how welcome we feel. Thank you!!!

Fabulous Boyne City stay

We had a fantastic time staying in Boyne City. Our party had 6 adults and 6 children. The bunk room was a big hit, as was the separate game/tv room that the kids claimed. The house was well-equipped with kitchenwares, including things I never remember to bring like foil, ziplock baggies, salt/pepper. The owner even left a bag of jelly beans (this was devoured) and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The owner was also extremely responsive to messages and the one minor issue we had with a door lock was immediately resolved. The house comfortably housed the group and we can't wait to come back.

Lovely stay!

A group of 9 friends and myself stayed at this property for a weekend ski trip. This is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed at before! The kitchen was well stocked with bakeware and cookware (slow cooker, cookie sheets, etc) as well as common spices, oils for cooking which was nice for our evening cooking together. The place was well thought out clean, spacious and had everything we needed! Will definitely stay here again if were back!

Winter Weekend Getaway

This rental was everything advertised and more! Wonderful location - right across from the water and walking distance from downtown, restaurants and shops! The house was very clean and had everything that you could need! The owner really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home here! Our family enjoyed the nice hot tub as well! We will definitely be back!

This is one of the best, if not THE best, property that we have stayed at. It is clear that the host has thought of everything. The space is cozy, yet spacious. The kitchen has everything you can ever need. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms very clean with many 5 star hotel touches. The grill is awesome with multiple additional propane tanks if needed. The jacuzzi was wonderful after a day of skiing. All in all, this is the place to stay! We will be back!

Ski getaway

Our family of 8 (2 parents and 6 adult children) stayed here for our annual family ski trip. This house was cozy and comfortable and there was plenty of room for us all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need to cook a meal for your family and then some. The towels were soft and plentifully. The bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and bedding. The master bedroom on the main floor was a little cold but we found a heater in the closet which heated the room nicely. The hot tub, which is a must for our ski trips, stayed hot and was plenty big enough. I really can't say enough about the house and how much Becky has done to make sure you have everything you need.

What a great place to stay!! This home has everything you could need and more.

The women in my family take an “up north” trip every year. We range in age from 35-74. Ten of us couldn’t have been more comfortable here. The kitchen was stocked. The house was immaculate and cozy but big enough for all of us. We used the hot tub which was super clean. The owners were easy to communicate with and the house was so welcoming. The house was also close enough to walk to downtown—even when the weather didn’t cooperate so much while we were there. Definitely on my list to visit again.

A great house in a great place

My family and I could not have been more satisfied with our stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home. Plenty of beds and bathrooms (we had 6 adults and 5 kids). The kitchen utensils and cookware first rate. Even the bed linens (high thread count) and bath towels (soooo fluffy) were better than a lot of hotels. The hot tub was a hit with the kids. The proximity to shops, stores, and all type of eateries was within walking distance. The park across the street provided a great place to let the kids run and play. We didn't want to leave. Well done Becky!

Excellent place to stay

We had a wonderful time at this house! There’s nothing more we would need. The house was perfect for us! It was clean, spacious, and inviting. The park was right across the street, and the beach was right beyond the park. We had great weather so we swam every day, played ping pong, used the hot tub, the porches, and had a great time! You can’t go wrong with this wonderful house! We loved our time there.

This home exceeded all expectations.

I would highly recommend this super clean & cozy home. We found it abundantly stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. Great location with views of the lake & a 3 minute walk to the center of Boyne city. Hot tub was clean and worked perfect. We had a lot of fun playing ping pong in the garage. We will be back. This home will not disappoint

Everything about our stay was perfect - this home exceeded our expectations! We found it to be very, very clean, with spacious rooms and closets galore and just so cozy! Great location - walk 2 blocks to downtown Boyne City and step across the road to Peninsula Beach. Relax on the amazing spacious front porch to view Lake Charlevoix. A bonus deck to the side of the house enabled us to visit/dine while watching the younger ones play basketball, ride scooters, play ping pong or use the hot tub. The owners are just wonderful people! Very easy to work with. I can’t say enough about this home - our stay was issue free! I wish it was ours! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home with us! Susan
