Fantastic 4- bedroom home with AMAZING POOL!

I as well was disappointed with the pool situation during your stay; however, I did let you know the pool vacuum broke the moment I was informed from our pool company, prior to your arrival. Like any mechanical item, it can break or need repairs at the most inconvenient time. I communicated everything to you during these unforeseen circumstance and part shortages due supply chain issues, the service company was doing its best to repair it and our pool is serviced weekly by a professional. I have had no other disappointed guest and I believe your unpleasant review stems from the fact that you brought a dog during your stay, did not add it to the reservation, and DENIED PAYING the pet fee. I strive to keep the house in excellent condition for guest and additional cleaning details are needed after a pet is present. As for the seating and table, you will notice everything is exactly as shown in the photos listed for this property. Also, like any short-term rental house, basic seasoning and condiments can be stocked for guest to use during their stay.
