Just about 10 minutes from Holloman AFB and next to the golf course, you’re close to White Sands and about 30 minutes from Cloudcroft. After a day out, come home to fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, laundry, a fenced backyard and a grill.

Designed for comfortable everyday living, The Palo Duro offers a spacious open-concept layout, fully equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, high-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable furnishings, fresh linens, towels, essential toiletries, and laundry supplies. Step outside to a private fenced backyard with a grill, giving you plenty of space to relax after a day of work or exploring.

Maintenance required

It’s ok but the furnishings was very slim. No toaster no spashulas coffee pot took a very long time to make coffee dryer door didn’t stay shut. No wash clothes. Very few towels.Needs a few days of maintenance… outside was filthy…

Very clean beautiful home in a nice quite neighborhood. Best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed in. Plenty of dishes for our group of 10 and pots large enough to cook for 10. Plentiful towels and beds were very comfortable. Host was very reponsive to my many questions before we even arrived and always answered promptly. We had NO issues from the time we arrived until we.left. Totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property if you are ever in Alamogordo and need a place to stay.

I would consider the place a premium rental and definitely worth the price the staff was courteous and helpful. Check in-check out was a breeze. I traveled solo with my dog this trip and this would be a great place for a larger group.
