Sun-drenched first floor apartment on the dyke

Our newly renovated apartment is characterized by its sunlit living-dining area. With large windows facing south and direct access to the 30 square meter terrace, you can enjoy the sunny island very well.

The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, separate oven, coffee machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave wonderful for cozy cooking evenings. The dining area with a large table and space for up to 8 chairs adjoins directly to the kitchen. The large fridge has a separate freezer compartment and in the dining area is a stove for comfort on cold days. If you are a larger group or family, you can book another apartment or apartment and still have enough space to eat together.

The 40 sqm living-dining area is equipped with underfloor heating. The large sofa offers enough space - even if a part of the family or friends has rented a small apartment in addition. In combination with the stool it offers an additional sleeping area of 160x220 cm. Furthermore, the living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV with smart features and internet connection. A Bluetooth-enabled music system, BluRay player and an additional HDMI cable (for possibly brought game console) provide the entertainment program - if the program of the island should not be sufficient.

The bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed of 180x200 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a large shower overlooking the dike and toilet and sink. On the terrace you will find a large charcoal grill with adjustable charcoal grate reserved for your use only. The other guests may use the rest of the garden, but have separate seating. The large wooden sofa is only for you.

Your dog is welcome to bring along, for a fee of 5 € per day.

For anglers, a large freezer in the fridge and a separate sink in the garden house is available. Please leave it clean and hygienic again!

Please note: You must bring your own bed linen and towels and the city of Fehmarn charges a spa tax, which we have to collect before arrival and must pass directly to the city of Fehmarn. This is per adult 1 € per night in low season and 2 € per night in high season (15. 05.-15. 09. 2019)
