Very Nice And Clean

The house was nice and clean I stayed her to have a family game night for my sons and nieces and everything was a success. Very quiet neighborhood the kids enjoyed playing pool and checking in was very easy.

Nice place

Stayed here with family for niece's wedding. The pool table was disappointing, as it had been damaged and not well repaired, but otherwise the house was as pictured/described and definitely very clean. Overall it was very comfortable.

My experience form begging to end was amazing. The owner answered my question right away and with great clarity. The house was clean and the experience was even greater. Highly recommend this location.

Lots of air fresheners

Too many air fresheners trying to cover up bad carpet smells.

Rude and dishonest guest. Gave them exceptions as they wanted to throw a family gathering and bring a dog during the stay. However didn’t get the chance to address the smell problem. Ended up providing a full refund.

Like staying at your best friend's house.

If you're expecting a brand new home, its not for you, but that's not a negative comment. Some people just have too many expectations, but if your an average family you'll be happy choosing this home rather than paying the same rate for a cramped hotel room. With the exception of a few minor things needing fixing, we felt right at home, as if staying at your best friend's house. The manager was excellent with his response times and always courteous and kind, and he took no offense to the minor details I pointed out that may need to be looked at. I would stay here again.

Not the best place we’ve stayed

The checkin process and getting into the house was fine. Once inside we found towels that we put away damp and there was a mildew scent through out the house. There were dirty dishes. There were items in the dryer, dryer sheets but no laundry soap. Mattress fell down like the frame under mattress must be broken, the slants down. The hot water heater wasn’t working properly, our showers were warm. Kitchen drawer and door under the sink were broken. There was no dish soap, lucky we brought our own cleaning supplies.

T-day

We had a great weekend and were all very comfortable at this house. It is centrally located with stores and restaurants nearby. We played pool on the pool table and the children played with the toys that were in the house. We went to the Buck Owens restaurant and had live music! We took a walk along the River Walk, and we went to Murray Farms.
