Less than 10 km from the first beaches of Alassio, with its seafront promenade and the famous Budelli (narrow streets) and beaches, lies this beautiful house with private garden for your moments of relaxation. This is certainly the ideal choice for a holiday that combines the different facets of enchanting Liguria: not only the hinterland with its countless trekking routes and the atmosphere that reigns when you walk through the alleys of these small villages. These villages still retain their charm today. You can find peace and greenery at the Garlenda Golf Club if you love golf. Less than 25 kilometres away is the famous Alassio with its beaches and its Budelli (narrow streets). Lovers of outdoor activities can reach Pietra Ligure, which has become the European capital of sport over the years. You can also climb the famous rock walls, trekking and mountain bike trails or dive into the crystal clear waters for a great snorkelling experience, kayaks and canoes to discover caves in magnificent cliffs that you could not otherwise visit.

Everything was great, especially the private gated parking for two cars. The house was comfortable and had what we needed. The hot water could’ve been a bit warmer though.

Nettes Haus in ruhiger Lage.

Das Haus hält alles was es verspricht. Die Küche ist sehr modern und alles drin was man brauch. Sogar gewürze und Öl. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und nach paar Insider Tips konnten wir unseren urlaub sofort beginnen zu genießen. Für uns als Biker war Finale Ligure, nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und perfekt zu erreichen. Die Maut für einen Weg betrug 3,10 € Wunderschöne Strände gibt es in Alassio und Albenga. Mit Hund kann man in Baba Beach nur empfehlen. Er ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und über Google Maps zu finden. Immer selber gibt es eine sehr nette, einheimische Trattoria mit angenehmen Preisen. Die brauchen das Café gegenüber Laden ein so einem Apero oder einem Frühstück auf Italienische Art. Beide Nachbarhäuser verfügen über ein Pool. Dies würde dem Haus auch gut stehen vielleicht ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Die Kosten für Endreinigung mit 170 € sowie die täglichen Nebenkosten mit 16 € halten wir persönlich für ein wenig überzogen, aber alles im Rahmen. Vom Grunde her nur zu empfehlen, wenn man etwas abseits Urlaub verbringen will und die Ruhe genießen will. Lieben, Dank an den netten Vermieter.

Großes Haus für einen entspannten Aufenthalt mit Familie

gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, perfekt geignet zum Entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ca. 5 min) und die Fahrt zum nächsten Strand (ca. 15min) muss allerdings mit dem Auto erfolgen. Das Haus beinhaltet alles, was man zum alltäglichen Leben benötigt, der Garten ist recht groß, so dass auch Kinder Platz zum Spielen haben. Wir haben insgesamt eine entspannte Woche dort verbracht.

Beautiful spacious house in a quiet neighbourhood

Modern spacious family house in a quiet neighbourhood, close to all amenities. A very friendly and helpful host. A car needed to travel around with Albenga and Alassio within 10 minutes drive. Overall, a lovely stay.
