The bright and comfortable holiday apartment in Umag offers the ideal retreat for up to 4 guests on 70 m². It is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house and impresses with a fully equipped kitchenette, a cosy living area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and bidet. Two balconies with sea views and a spacious veranda invite you to start the day relaxed or enjoy the sunset.



The apartment is air-conditioned, has WiFi, satellite TV and a private washing machine. Two parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and the garden can be used for barbecuing and sunbathing. Pets are not permitted.



The location is ideal: You can reach the sea after about 50 m, the beach after 500 m, and the harbour bay is only 50 m away. The town centre with restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities can be conveniently reached within a few minutes' walk. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities, including water sports, boat trips, cycling, tennis and excursions to nearby nature parks or cultural attractions.



Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and the use of air conditioning. The tourist tax will be levied separately on site.
