The lovingly restored, Cantabrian stone house offers a total of two studios, each with 36m2, balcony, kitchenette and comfortable daylight bathroom with shower. Studio no. 1 is suitable for two adults and one child up to 12 years old (in an extra bed or Baby cot (for a fee on site).
The owner lives on the same property and is there for you with tips. In the house there is also a dining area for our guests, where they can play together or exchange experiences. Spanish course on request.
Our property is located with a wonderful panoramic view of the Atlantic coast in the north and the Cantabrian Mountains in the south. Only 12 km to clean, long beaches of Noja, Somo and much more. We offer a very quiet atmosphere with hardly any traffic. Just the right thing to feel comfortable in your vacation home after a discovery tour of our beautiful Cantabria. The garden is shared.
The apartment in the house of 70m2 + 30m2 sun terrace offers space for up to four people.
There is also a detached chalet on the same property with 70m2 of living space plus 20m2 of winter garden and terrace.
