Shopping centre, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Montpellier" 25 km, sandy beach 20 m, indoor swimming pool 3.3 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Spa" 2.5 km. Sports harbour 1.3 km, golf course (18 hole) 3.6 km, sailing school 1 km, tennis 3.3 km, riding stable 1.4 km. Le plus de cette appartement est l’emplacement et la vue. L’appartement est lui vétuste couchages plomberie équipement de cuisine mobilier et décoration en crochet.... Tout est à refaire.

Lieu et vue exceptionnels, appartement vieillot

Excellent emplacement au couchant face à la mer avec chemin piéton au calme et proche des commerces. Appartement vieillot qui manque d'entretien avec des ustensiles insuffisants, mobilier peu pratique. La terrasse, la vue et la piscine relèvent le reste. Les lits superposés ne sont pas dans une chambre mais dans l'entrée. Malgré tout, nous avons passé une très bonne semaine au calme.

appartement les belles plages

L'appartement en question etait bien situé en front de mer et dispose d'une belle piscine. Situé dans un quartier calme a la motte du couchant, 5 min à pieds des restaurants. Par contre comme annoncé il est petit, limite pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant en bas âge. La salle de bain est vieille, la plomberie fuit, les wc et canalisations sentent mauvais. Le tuyau de douche est trop court, mon mari devait s accroupir pour se laver la tête et il manque un rideau de douche pour ne pas inonder le sol. Dans la cuisine les casseroles sont vieilles, le canapé lit est très bon, le lit a étage est branlant, on tient à peine a 3 sur le balcon et on ne sait pas où faire sécher les linges car le pendoir prend la moitié du balcon. Le tout aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation, surtout au vu du prix payé pour la semaine!! Petit, peu moderne et cher.
