The property is a newly renovated and fully equipped apartment, ideal as a second home or commuter apartment.
It is located in a renovated half-timbered house.
The apartment has a living area with integrated kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom with walk-in closet / storage room.
The apartment can be occupied as a commuter apartment during the week from Monday evening to Friday morning. The flat rate incl. Heating, electricity, internet, cable TV is then 800 € per month with weekly cleaning.
For a continuous occupancy we charge 1100 € per month.
