Beautiful 4bedroom and heated pool, great place for family gatherings!

Great place to Relax with the entire family at this peaceful home. Enjoy the Large back yard and enclosed front yard.
Nice open floor plan so perfect for entertaining. Plenty of amenities. Relaxing family atmosphere! Plenty of activities to keep you entertained. Large covered patio with plenty of lighting. Relax by the Pool or play games such as tether ball, ping pong or corn hole!
Plenty of fun things to do. Pool can be heated with additional fee ($50 per day). Please request 72 hours prior to arrival. I Have tables and chairs if needed for small event ($50 fee) Also have large double water slide for rent ($100) and Small water slide/jumper for rent for small kids ($65)
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please throw diet towels in washer and put in tide pod and start the load.
Please remove all trash and empty trash cans into green trash bins on from North side of home.
Please make sure back door is locked, front door press tacklife button to lock and pull door towards you while locking. Please make sure it is locked before leaving. Thank you
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Notify 3 days prior to arrival if you need pool heated, additional $50 per day fee to heat pool; 20,000 gallon pool, jumping castles for rent $65/$100
If you move patio furniture or take out tables and chairs for an event, please put back when done. Close propane when done using. No touching cameras
Do not block neighbors driveway. No loud noise or gatherings after 10pm. . Absolutely No smoking or vaping inside. $250 charge will apply

Virginia was great about communication and set everything up beautifully for our stay. We had a Friendsgiving event and the backyard space was perfect for eating, socializing, and the kids had plenty of space to play. The kitchen was well stocked. Our hostess was kind and responsive and even let us check in early at no charge. The home had everything you could possibly need and was close to great Mexican restaurants and the beautiful San Xavier del Bac Mission.

Wonderful place to stay for a family!

We loved staying at this house! We had plenty of room for relaxing in between our outdoor adventures. We loved having the heated pool and being so close to San Xavier. It was easy to get to everything we wanted to see and do while we were in Tucson. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors seem friendly. Virginia was terrific in answering all our questions so promptly! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a big group!

The Host was amazing!!!!!! Me and a big group had an amazing time staying here for the holidays and really recommend this place for everyone. The host showed us the place and how everything worked and gave us many tips on how to enjoy our stay as best as we can. Will definitely be back!!!

There were 4 adults that stayed during the gem show. There was plenty of space and the neighborhood was easy to get to with Walmart close by for small essentials. The host was fabulous and very responsive. The pool was amazing and the highlight of our stay. Very clean and clear water. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is how the lights throughout the house are set up to go on and off with movement. Feedback was given to the host and she said she would give a future renter an option to turn off the motion control. She did give me instructions on how to turn them off however when I went to do that it was more complicated than just flipping a switch. I was afraid I would mess something up so did not do that. Overall we had an excellent time and very much appreciate the host trusting us with her home. Thank you!

Home away from home!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at Virginia's VRBO. She is a spectacular hostess, always ensuring that we are comfortable and have everything we could possibly need. Excellent Homey Vacation Stay

I was thrilled with our stay at this property. Virginia is a wonderful, caring host who ensured we had all we needed for a fun and easygoing stay. The house is set up as a home - very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Made us feel as though we were at our 'home away from home'. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place where you can 'stay-cation' during your trip. It is a wonderful place to bring family together under one roof when visiting from out of town. We will definitely be back!
