El SAUERWEINGUT, que fue construido en el siglo XVII, está ubicado en el distrito más hermoso de Salzburgo. Ha sido renovado hasta marzo de 2018 en muchas horas y con mucho esfuerzo. La fachada exterior se ha mantenido fiel al estilo. En su interior encontrará un excepcional ambiente residencial con elementos tradicionales y un diseño elegante.
Este NUEVO apartamento de 140 m2 se encuentra en el segundo piso y ofrece 2 habitaciones con camas separadas. Estás buscando una amplia sala de estar con comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada. A través de una escalera de caracol se llega a un balcón en la azotea que ofrece una vista impresionante. En este nivel encontrarás una zona con sofá. El baño está equipado con bañera, ducha y aseo.

Wonderful place to stay for our first visit to Salzburg. Eva was a fantastic host. Clean and comfortable. The loft and open top deck on the roof is amazing. Great location. The restaurant next door is a must when you stay. Ask for Sebastian. He was fantastic. Would definitely stay again on our next visit.

Beautiful flat, great location with a moderate walk to all sights, and fantastic communication with the host. Truly a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

This is a very beautiful flat with tons of room, very comfortable beds and great location. Eva is wonderful to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. This is a definite repeat location and I highly recommend, especially for a family.

When staying in the Salzburg area, this is the right place. The Atelier apartment at SAUERWEINGUT is comfortable, classy, spacious, clean, and in mint condition. The location is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, with a comfortable 20 minute walk in one direction to the heart of the old city, a 20 minute walk in another direction to the historic fortress. There is a full grocery store a 10 minute walk from the apartment and a few good restaurants too. As importantly, there are a ton of walking and biking trails and the hosts rent great quality bikes and e-bikes. Eve went out of her way to take care of us. We will definitely stay there again, if back in the area.

Stay in Salzburg

This is a truly outstanding property, in a beautiful and green neighborhood, and a short distance (10-15 min walk) from the old Salzburg. The apartment is perfectly maintained and had anything we could think of, including the cozy feel, which you do not always get in vacation apartments. I wish we could stay longer. Thank you, Eva!

Simply Awesome

The unit live up to expectations. Close to everything including biking, Old Town, transportation and even public swimming pool. Eva and her staff were very attentive. Rooms were spacious and lots of closet space. The rooftop patio was extraordinary. Thank you Eva!

Perfection in Salzburg

We had an amazing experience and our only regret was it wasn’t longer. Often rentals can appear larger than life on the website - this Atelier Exceeded our expectations! Absolutely in the perfect location - close enough to the city but enough distance to just relax. They added little details that made it feel extra special. I have saved in my favorites for the next time we are in the area. Would recommend time and again. Thanks for a delightful stay.

Icing on the Salzburg Cake

We enjoyed everything Salzburg had to offer and having this property as our home base was optimal. I loved the design and functionality of the place. Eva was excellent to deal with at check-in and ensured we had everything we needed. My only regret was not allocating more time in Salzburg, allowing more time in this special home. We would have liked to use the bikes! Thank you for everything.

Stunning apartment with a fantastic balcony

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful quiet area. The apartment was even more stunning than the photos portray it. Very well quipped and the furniture and furnishings are so comfortable and stylish. The balcony had the most wonderful views and catches the sun. Eva was a fantastic host and we were able to drop our bags off early before check in and leave them to pick up later on the day we left. Eva was very quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend staying here. We had a fabulous time and will look forward to returning here to see wonderful Salzburg.

Great location and property manager

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Please note that my review provides a heads-up to travellers from North America to prevent surprises or potentially frustrations and is not a criticism of property. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is great and the restaurant next door was very nice and convenient. Important notes: - the laundry is not inside the unit and is shared with the cleaning staff daily. There is a €5 charge per use which includes the use of detergent. - since the unit is the top unit in the building the roof trusses are very low and angled which can be punishing to your head. - there is no elevator to bring luggage up/down. - the air conditioner is a portable unit and not central. - the oven is a counter pizza oven and stove is a portable induction top. A microwave was also provided.

Dear Ryan, thank you very much for your very good review. Yes this is correct the laundry room is on the second floor and one machine costs € 5,-- including washing powder. We do not have an elevator in your old historical house. If you need help with your luggage then you can tell your arrival time and when somebody will be there of course we can help you. Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne luxuriöse Ferienwohnung. Top gepflegt. Modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Sehr aufmerksame freundliche Gastgeberin. Lage nicht im Zentrum aber die Altstadt ist mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuss rasch und bequem zu erreichen. Gratis-Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
