With sleeping room for 8 guests, this spacious, free-standing house with private screened in pool and gas grill features a one car garage and a sweeping open floor plan with two master suites, each with a king-sized bed and full-sized adjoining master bathroom with a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub and large vanity and dressing area. The third bedroom provides ample sleeping with two double beds and plenty of extra 'playroom'. The third bathroom is conveniently adjoined and offers access both from the third bedroom and hallway to the living room. With a large, flat screen TV in every room, guests can all watch something different at the same time or all together in the living room which features plenty of lounging and floor space, including a pull-out queen-sized sleeper sofa. The adjoining dining area boasts ample table seating for eight with access to the extra-large, fully equipped kitchen featuring a separate sitting area and full-sized laundry room provides an easy and enjoyable meal preparation space, any time of day and night enjoyable meal preparation space, any time of day and night.
