Completely remodeled top floor end unit condo with breathtaking ocean views from every room.
Less than a minute walk to the sand. Port Hueneme is a very quaint little beach with nice sand, waves, pier, and restaurant/bar on the beach.
Perfect for remote workers or a great alternative corporate housing. Minimum renter age of 26+
Well behaved, potty trained adult dog allowed with pet fee. Sorry no cats or puppies allowed. One dog maximum.

Great Location for a Good Stay

The location is in a gated community with plenty of parking near the unit. The location is a short drive from Ventura, Point Magu, and other locations. The unit is also a short walk to the beach which was quiet enough to let the dog run off leash. The unit itself was extremely comfortable and clean and had everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. I can't recommend this unit enough for an extended stay in the Port Hueneme area.

Why they chose this property

We live in Pasadena and trekking to the beach is such an all day ordeal in socal. I wanted a place that we could relax, spend the weekend, and not deal the with the stress of traffic & looking for parking.

What makes this property unique

We are directly across from the beach with ocean views and breezes from every room. Hueneme beach is a hidden little gem. It's very quiet, safe, and clean compared to socal beaches.
