My wife and I had a comfortable and pleasant 2-week stay in this top floor (attic conversion) apartment. Situated in a quiet residential area but close to buses/train. Our friendly hosts live on the lower two floors with shared stairwell giving access to each level. Apartment was in good order and nicely decorated. Shower slightly cramped under the eaves but not a problem for us. Easy parking on the road outside. Having a car gave us access to local restaurants. Highly recommended.

Rundum angenehm

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist geräumig, hell und gemütlich. Wir konnten uns über einen sehr hohen Hygienestandard freuen. Von den Gästen wird erwartet, dass sie diesen hohen Standard aufrechterhalten. Die Gastgeber haben uns nach Kräften gut darüber informiert, wie wir nach der Ankunft reinkommen. Auch der späte Checkout, um 11 Uhr, hilft mit, Reisestress zu vermeiden. Das Gebiet hat schöne Wanderwege. Es liegt allerdings in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Der nächste Supermarkt ist knapp 2 km entfernt, aber ein Bäcker und ein gutes Restaurant sind in Fußnähe. Die Fewo-Direkt - Software informiert zu spät über die Daten der Wohnungen, das sollte sich bald ändern.

Schönes und gemütliches Appartement

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber. Unkompliziertes Check In und Check Out. Beim Duschen darf man allerdings nicht allzu groß sein, weil man sich sonst den Kopf stößt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung hat mindestens alle Erwartungen voll umfänglich erfüllt bzw. war in einigen Punkten sogar noch besser. Die Gastgeber wären jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen, aber dabei völlig unaufdringlich und bei zufälligen Begegnungen super nett. Die Wohnung ist gleichermaßen zweckmäßig wie liebevoll gestaltet- ein richtiges zu Hause, in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.

Beste Lage zur Messe Essen und ruhige Wohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt zur Messe Essen (12 Minuten). Direkt mit dem Auto (5 Minuten) kann man einkaufen und bekommt eigentlich alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Personen eingerichtet, gemütlich und geräumig. Das Bett ist mit den Toppern sehr weich, was mir gefällt. Die Couch ist bequem um abends zu chillen und kochen lässt sich auch alles was man so braucht während einem kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Bad ist gut ausgestattet und nicht zu klein, kann man sich auch zu zweit gut bewegen.

Die FeWo war wie beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und stehen für Rückfragen zur Verfügung. Sehr gute Anbindung der Wohnung an die S-Bahn. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Freundlich, gemütlich, sehr sauber - rundum sehr gut!

Der Kontakt im Voraus verlief sehr freundlich, zügig und mit guter Information. Die Anreise war problemlos. Während des Aufenthalts sind die Vermieter immer ansprechbar. Es hat jedoch an nichts gefehlt. 👍🏻 Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Klimaanlage funktioniert auch prima. Es wäre genug Platz für 4 Personen. Nur wer lieber im Stehen duscht, sollte nicht zu groß sein. 😉 Die Küche hat quasi „Vollausstattung“. Top! Check-in / Check-Out absolut unkompliziert. Immer gerne wieder!
