Large, bright and friendly living room with cozy TV area, satellite TV with radio, dining table for four people, 2 balconies with a very nice view. In the living room is the new, fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, large fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, dining and cooking utensils, cutlery, microwave, oven and dishwasher.
The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed and has a spacious daylight bathroom en suite with shower and toilet, also adjoins the bedroom a second, covered balcony, equipped with a hanging swing, table and chairs.
The large hallway is flooded with sunlight through a skylight and offers a pull-out sofa bed (space for another 2 people).

In our holiday offer fresh linen, towels and utilities (electricity, heating, water) and parking are already included!

The beautiful, newly renovated apartment is located directly on the Eixendorfer lake and a golf course, the Schwarzach is within a few minutes walk. This charming region, also known as the "Green Roof of Europe", offers a unique natural experience with its lakes, mountains and forests. Here in the largest contiguous forest mountains in Central Europe, with numerous mountain peaks higher than a thousand meters, you can enjoy pure nature.

You have the choice between numerous recreational opportunities, in winter as well as in summer.

In summer, the lakes of the Oberpfälzer Seenplatte such as Silbersee, Perlsee, Murner See or the Eixendorfer See right next to the complex for swimming, fishing, boating, cycling or hiking. Nordic walking routes for the summer are as signposted as cross-country trails for the winter.

On the directly adjacent golf course, beginners can ideally complete their entrance qualification (100% success guarantee!) and passionate players can spend beautiful golf days here.

Even fans of alpine sports will get their money's worth here: the Hohenbogen with 6 km of piste runs can be reached in about 40 minutes.

Wellness and fitness facilities are just as varied: in the neighboring wellness hotel, external guests can book daily wellness or you can go with the whole family to the large Aqua-Fit adventure pool in the nearby Waldmünchen.

For your physical well-being is of course also well taken care of: the gourmet restaurant "Gregor's" is within walking distance in 50 meters, a cozy inn on the lake and other good inns in the vicinity offer delicacies for all tastes and budgets.
