Modern small apartment in the beautiful North Sea resort of Wremen, not far from the dyke and cutter harbor, in the immediate vicinity of the picturesque town center.
The bright and quiet approx. 30 sqm non-smoking apartment has a living-bedroom with double sofa bed, modern fitted kitchen and bright new shower room with walk-in shower and small courtyard. The renovated apartment will be available for rent for the first time this summer.

Katastrophe

Schon von außen erschien das Objekt ungepflegt und hatte nichts mit dem netten Foto oder den positiven Bewertungen auf der Seite von FeWo direkt gemeinsam. Nachdem wir den Wohnungsschlüssel im Marmeladenglas-Versteck gefunden hatten, konnten wir die kleine Terrasse sowie die Holzabtrennung in Augenschein nehmen. Alles war vermoost und die Efeubegrünung nicht mehr schön anzusehen. Die Wohnung selbst hatte offensichtlich ein großes Problem mit Feuchtigkeit. Davon zeugte nicht nur der üble Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung sondern auch der aufgestellte und bis zum Rand gefüllte Luftentfeuchter. Insges. keine Unterkunft in der wir auch nur eine Nacht hätten bleiben wollen. Noch am gleichen Tag haben wir eine andere Unterkunft im Ort bezogen. Eine sofortige Mängelanzeige bei FeWo direkt und der Vermieterin blieb erfolglos und war ansonsten auch höchst unerfreulich. Nach Angaben der Vermieterin sei das Mietobjekt in bester Ordnung; die Feuchtigkeit entstehe durch die Dreifachverglasung und das schlechte Lüftungsverhalten der Mieter.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang; sehr gepflegte saubere Unterkunft; schöne Terrasse mit Strandkorb und Sitzmöglichkeit; sehr freundlicher und gepflegter kleiner Ort; Strandbar, Fischbuden und Strandcafé am Meer; sehr sauberer Strand mit Duschen; Ort hat zwei Bäcker, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft; Italiener, Café und Fischrestaurant im Ort; alle Menschen dort sehr freundlich; Bahnhof in der Nähe; habe nur ein paar Tage mit meiner Tochter in Wremen verbracht und wir sind sehr erholt und zufrieden abgereist; würden die Unterkunft immer wieder buchen:)

Auf kleinem Wohnraum alles perfekt!

Wetter war gut, Ferienwhg ist sehr gut für zu zweit(klein aber fein), auf neuer Schlafcouch=sehr gut geschlafen, rundum ein wunderschöner Urlaub, und bei Dorum Cappel Neudeld ist ein Campingplatz, sogar mit einem großen ausgewiesenen FKK Bereich, schön gelegen mit einem langen Holzsteg über die Salzwiesen bis zur Nordsee & zurück😉

Alles war wie beschrieben. Kleiner netter Bungalow. Aussenbereich (Terrasse) hätte etwas gepflegter sein können, daher ein Stern Abzug.. Ruhige Gegend, 5 Minuten mit dem Velo bis zum Meer. Alles in allem top Urlaub.

Für Alleinreisende weiterzuempfehlen

Die Wohnung ist der Beschreibung entsprechend vorgefunden worden, die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, mein Lieblingsplatz fürs Frühstück und zum Lesen war der Strandkob auf der Terrasse, viele Rundwege laden zu Spaziergängen und Wanderungen ein, gut erreichbar sind per Auto und auch per Bahn etliche Ausflugsziele in der Nähe und Ferne. Der Urlaub war für mich sehr erholsam! Dankeschön!

Sauber, Klein & etwas eng aber toll, schön, super usw, etc. Für 2 Personen Wunderbar

Wie schon einmal erwähnt, man lebt auf engem Raum, aber wem das nix ausmacht ist alles bis auf die Bettcouch (Schlafcomfort befriedigend bis gut( Prinzessin auf der Erbse!) und ein 3 Gänge Menue mit einer Elektroplatte wer kochen möchte?! einfach nur zu !!!empfehlen!!!

Klein aber fein,

perfekte kleine Ferienwohnung, neu und sehr sauber. Bettcouch ist ein bischen gewöhnungsbedürftig und zum Menue kochen reicht die eine Kochplatte auch nicht, aber wer braucht das schon. Ansonsten alles bestens!

Kleiner Rückzugsort für den Urlaub

Für unseren Aufenthalt an der Nordsee haben wir in dieser Ferienwohnung alles vorgefunden, was wir zu zweit benötigten. Sie ist modern, gut ausgestattet, man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass bei ausgezogener Schlafcouch der Platz im Wohnbereich limitiert ist. Durch die Lage war es uns möglich regelmäßig zum Meer zu laufen (ca. 25min) und auch sonst gab es alles im Ort, um sich zu verpflegen (kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker, Schreibwarenladen). Wir waren zufrieden!

Frisch und modern renovierte Wohnung. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Der Ort in dem die Whg steht ist wunderschön und voller sympathischer und hilfsbereiter Menschen. Die Vermieter sind sehr bemüht und freundlich. 5 Sterne plus für dieses Objekt.

Süße Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

Sehr schöne frisch renovierte Wohnung, mit sehr moderner Küche und allem was ein kurz Urlaub braucht. Eigene kleine Terasse mit Abstell Möglichkeit für Fahrräder. WLAN war nicht vorhanden, wegen einer defecten Leitung. Sehr nette Vermieter!

Te klein om gezellig te zijn

De woning is netjes en functioneel ingericht, maar niet gezellig. Het keukentje is zeer compleet, de badkamer prima. De woning bestaat uit slechts één kamer, die grotendeels door het bed word gevuld. Het overige meubilair is daardoor zeer beperkt. Ik was daar alleen, dat was prima, maar ik zou daar niet met z'n tweeën willen zitten.
