The living area features a chaise lounge sofa, armchair, and TV, accompanied by an integrated kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven, and a dining area for four. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (two single mattresses) and wardrobes, as well as a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet.

A designated parking space is available directly in front of the building. Guests may access the washing machine and dryer for communal use (for a fee) in the building's basement. Please note that pets are not allowed within the "Haus Strandburg.
