Refinedly furnished on 40 m², the holiday home "Ellie" offers that certain something for your Baltic Sea vacation. The holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 and is modern and of high quality.
Quiet location
The house is located in a quiet residential area. The center of Haffkrug with numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Haffkrug train station is only 600 meters from the house.
Dog friendly
Of course, you should not do without your loyal four-legged friend even on vacation. The beautiful beach promenade invites you to take long walks. The 200 m² property is completely fenced, so your dog can let off steam here.

3 rooms with separate sleeping areas, terrace and garden can accommodate 4 guests. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room create a bright and friendly atmosphere all day long. From here you can also access the spacious, furnished terrace with a view of the garden. The open kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. At the kitchen counter you can sit comfortably on the height-adjustable stools and the couch corner can also be converted into a dining area. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (1.60 wide). The second separate sleeping area has another double bed with 1.40 wide, this room is ideal as a children's room. The bathroom with the floor-to-ceiling shower completes this holiday home.

Sehr gemütliches kleines Haus mit Garten! Wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einzige, was ich nich so toll fand, das bei der Dusche der Regenduschkopf nicht angeschlossen war,sondern nur dieser schmale Brausenkopf. Und es fehlen ein paar Teelöffel.

Auszeit an der Ostsee

Ideal für 4 Personen mit Hund. Tolle Wohnung und super umzäuntes Grundstück für den Vierbeiner. Die Mischbatterie der Dusche scheint defekt zu sein, was nicht so angenehm war, sowie die Duschkabine ansich, weil letztlich das ganze bad nach dem Duschen nass war. Aber im ganzen waren wir zufrieden.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus gebucht weil wir davon ausgegangen sind das wenn man bisschen mehr Geld ausgibt auch was eine Saubere Unterkunft mit ordentlichem Kochgeschirr vorfindet aber da haben wir uns getäuscht. Pfannen waren das billigste was es zu kaufen gibt und und durch die Benutzung der vorherigen Mieter schon total verzogen. Beim herausnehmen der Gläser sah man noch die ränder im Schrank wo diese gestanden haben. Extrem fleckige Couch die ihre beste Zeit hinter sich hat, Spinnenweben an Wänden und Decken aber das beste war als wir grillen wollten lag ein Zettel unter der Abdeckung das man den Grill wieder ordentlich reinigen soll sonst wird eine Gebühr von 50 Euro fällig. Die 50 Euro sollte man vielleicht in eine Putzfirma investieren. Rasen war nicht gemäht und absoluter Platzmangel was die Unterbringung der Kleidung betrifft. Für über 1400 Euro für 7 Tage (mit Hund) kann man echt mehr erwarten.

Mit Hund ein sehr schöner Urlaub da Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Bei Fragen gleich von Baltic Appartement Hilfe bekommen. War ein entspannter Urlaub.

Toller Urlaub mit Hund

Das Häuschen ist perfekt für 2 Erwachsene mit Hund. Unser Hund hat sich im komplett geschlossenen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Spaziermöglichkeit sofort um die Ecke. Das Haus war mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat prima geklappt. Leider konnten wir das Haus erst um 16 Uhr statt um 15 Uhr beziehen. Ansonsten genau wie auf den Fotos. Der sehr nette Eigentümer hat sich zwischendurch erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung sei und wir noch etwas benötigen. Sollten wir nochmal in die Region kommen dann gerne wieder ins Ferienhaus Ellie!

Angenehme ruhige Lage für junge Familie

Ruhige und angenehme Lage für junge Familie. 10 min. Fußweg zum Strand. Perfekt um zu entspannen und nicht gleich voll im Trubel zu Sein. Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ist auch sehr gut. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.

Schöne Unterkunft nah am Meer

Positiv war der eingezäunte Garten. Die Wohnung ist mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet. Das Essen am Tresen war zu dritt recht eng und das Sofa leider sehr durchgesessen. Im Bad war das Waschbecken extrem klein. Überall sind Fliesen, was mit Hund sehr praktisch ist. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man die Strandpromenade. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und es ist überall Fußbodenheizung.

Tolles Objekt, schöne Lage

Sehr sauber. Nebenan ein Feld, Wenn man über das Feld geht ist man direkt am Strand. Sehr schöne Lage für Spaziergang mit dem Hund, Leute und Vermieter waren sehr nett. Gerne wieder .
