The home features a gorgeous living room, formal dining room, chefs kitchen, and brand new stainless steel appliances. Upstairs all four bedrooms offer water views . Boating, swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking are the possibilities with your own private dock. Just minutes to the south ferry and Sag Harbor or Greenport.
