Lovingly furnished holiday home in a quiet location

The house is located 3 km from Kappeln in a quiet residential area near the Ellenberger forest, which invites you to take long walks. The loop can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and the Baltic Sea is about 5 kilometers away. The house is located on our property and has a size of approx. 40 sqm. It is equipped with a spacious living and sleeping area, separate kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is designed for two people, a sofa bed is available for a third person. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with garden furniture for relaxing and barbecuing. It is possible to store bicycles and motorbikes. A parking space is also available. Pets on request.

Location and surroundings

Our house is located in a quiet residential area, about 3 km from the center of Kappeln. In the inner city and in the harbor area you will find many gastronomic establishments, some with nice outdoor terraces that invite you to linger after a stroll through the city. There are various excursions by boat on the Schlei to get to know the beautiful surroundings from the water side or with the museum train from the land side.
Very good shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity and are also easy to reach on foot or by bike.
The nearby forest is ideal for long (dog) walks and swimming in the loop or picnicking.
The Baltic Sea beach Weidefeld is about 5 km away and can be easily reached by car and bicycle.

Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Im Haus fehlt nichts um sich sofort wohl zu fühlen. Die netten Vermieter stehen jederzeit für Reisetipps zur Verfügung. Unsere beiden Westies konnten sich im umzäunten Garten frei bewegen. Die Ferienwohnung ist insbesondere für Hundebesitzer eine absolute Empfehlung.

Zu dieser wunderschönen Gegend noch dieses schöne kleine Ferienhaus, unser Urlaub war perfekt. Wenn dann noch das Wetter stimmt und die Gastgeber so nett sind, überlegt man sich doch, über lang oder kurz, wieder zu kommen. Auf alle Fälle werden wir Werbung für dieses Objekt und für diese wunderschöne Landschaft bei Freunden und Bekannten machen, danke nochmal an die Familie Wallenstein für unsere netten Gespräche und die vielen Tipps. Süßes kleines Ferienhaus, liebevoll und durchdacht ausgestattet .... rundum so wie man sich das wünscht. Unkomplizierte Vermieter ... wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ... selbst der Familienhund hat regelmäßig vorbei geschaut - lag vielleicht auch an den Leckerlis ;-)) Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage gehabt und kommen gerne wieder .
