This charming 1930's vineyard bungalow, just north of Vine, sits in the heart of Paso Robles within close proximity to the Downtown Core. The home has been completely renovated and is ready for you!

The two bedroom and one bathroom home features central heating and air, hardwood flooring, fully landscaped front and rear yards with boutique vineyard (coming soon) and much more. French doors lead you out to patios and fire pits where you can gather and relax.
The space
French doors open onto the front and rear patios, enjoy a glass of wine next to the gas fire pit.

Wifi is always available and there are 3 flat screen TVs.

I understand the importance of having good mattresses, sheets, pillows, comforters and I wanted the experience to be similar as staying in a 5-star hotel.

Brand new fridge, washer and dryer. Full kitchen with cooking supplies. Plenty of off street private parking.

I have to admit the photos are much more inviting than the actual unit. The house is safe and relatively clean. The bath and kitchen have new appliances. TV, door lock are easy to use. Some lights have dimmers, which is a nice surprise in rentals. But the house is just a little neglected. The backyard cushions don't fit the chairs, the grill was not clean and ready to use. The outdoor vegetation is very brown/dry despite irrigation hoses run everywhere. Not all the cabinets close and the dresser drawers were mostly filled wth extra sheets and blankets. It's not uncomfortable. It's a good spot to simply begin and end a day of wine tasting. Some simple restaurants, grocers are very close to drive to but I wouldn't say that downtown Paso is "easily walkable." I think the photos show the unit at its very best, and that is what we were looking forward to. And for this price it provides a reliable stay.

Also, I wanted to mention that the "walkability” highlight in our listing is there because previous guests have mentioned our homes close proximity to downtown. Also, I know you sent multiple messages about the wine you left behind. Unfortunately, it is a common item left behind in Paso, so our cleaners didn’t mention they found it after you left. By the time you asked about it, the next guest had checked in

Great location, walkable to everything in downtown Paso Robles. House was very clean and comfortable with a cute backyard and sitting areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice House

The house was exactly what we needed for our time in Paso. It was walking distance to many restaurants and bars but parking was easy in the downtown area so we usually drove. The house had everything we needed and I would recomend it for people looking for a nice retreat in Paso.

Great location but uncomfortable bed

We were very happy with the location and the space. Very easy walk into town, which was great. However, it might have been one of the worst beds I’ve ever slept in. An upgraded bed and pillow set is a must before staying here. If so, I would stay here again.

We have over 400 reviews on another hosting site and not once have we heard anything negative about the beds (also replaced the mattresses recently). So hoping it's a preference! But will definitely look into it. Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed everything else.

Beautiful charming downtown Paso cottage

My friend and I had a wonderful time in this charming downtown Paso Robles cottage. It was clean and had everything and more than you would need. Location was just perfect for easy walking access to downtown shops, restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Thank you so much!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The property is located in quiet, safe neighborhood. Driving to Downtown is about a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive. The outdoor spaces with the firepits are very inviting. The backyard is fully enclosed, so if you bring you dog, there's no worry that they'll escape. We hope to visit again soon!

Mother-Daughter Getaway

House was clean and had everything that we needed for a lovely time. We especially enjoyed the back yard privacy and tables/chairs for morning coffee, although they needed to be wiped down. Beds were comfortable. House interior was not particularly "high end" as described but very nice. Everything was in good working order. Nice place but not the best value

We had a good stay but there were several issues which we would not expect in a place that costs this much. Examples: kitchen light switch broken, linens in both washer and dryer when we arrived after scheduled check-in time, towel bar on bathroom door broken, fire pit lighter out of fluid, HVAC schedule set incorrectly so fan would go on all night, TV connectivity to streaming not working. We contacted property manager about most of these issues and they fixed within a reasonable time but it required coordination and impacted our vacation. Owner mentioned that new TVs will be installed - current TVs are small and not good quality. The location was great - easy walk to downtown Paso and the new Paso Market Walk. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. Comfortable beds. Easy checkin with lockbox. This could be a great place if owner took the time to regularly inspect for needed repairs.
