1st floor has a bedroom with a king bed and bunkbeds / bathroom and 2 futons in the living room. There is also a kitchen and dining table on the 1st floor.

2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (room 1 has a king size bed; room 2 has two queens), 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room, and a full kitchen.

3rd floor is a one bedroom (2 queen beds) and full bathroom.

The condo is a non-smoking unit, pet free and kept sparkling clean. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the condo.

Boyne charges for most all of its amenities so inquire at the front desk of the Mountain Grand Lodge for any fees they would charge.

This rental was perfect for our large family group! The space on the main floor was adequate for everyone to play games and watch sports each day…and the large section was SO comfortable! The location was perfect. Quick walk to the 8 man lift and was able to ski back right up to the condo. The communication with the owner was great. No issues and would definitely rent again!

We booked this property specifically because it was advertised as having a “chairlift in the backyard” and appeared under VRBO’s ski-in/ski-out filter. We paid a premium price based on that expectation. Unfortunately, this was completely inaccurate. There is no chairlift in the backyard, and this is not a ski-in/ski-out property.This wasn’t a minor detail—it was the main reason we chose this home. We traveled with a large group, including several children, and one of the things everyone was most excited about was being able to ski in and out right from the condo. When we arrived and realized that wasn’t the case, it was a major disappointment. The kids were especially let down, and it significantly changed the experience we had planned.The listing is very misleading, and we did not feel we received what we paid for. Because of this, the property does not justify the premium price compared to other options that truly offer ski-in/ski-out access.To be fair, the condo itself was fine—clean and generally as expected. Some bedrooms were even better than described (a few listed as queens were kings). However, it claims to sleep 18 but only offers parking for two vehicles, which is not practical for a group of that size.Overall, the inaccurate listing had a significant negative impact on our trip.

This condo was superb! Very spacious and clean. It was also very close to Boyne Village for a good night out on the town for drinks and entertainment. The Sky Bridge was an added perk being so close to the propety as well. We will definitely be back!

The perfect school trip!

This was the perfect place for our school ski trip! We had a group of 7 students and had PLENTY of room for everyone. The kitchens were well stocked with cooking supplies and the location was so convenient. We had a truly great time!

We are a ski and golf family. We have been visiting Boyne for several years and decided to get a permanent place here to share with others. We have 3 kids between high school and college, so this makes the best retreat location, where nobody gets bored.
