Terrible Experience

The listing pictures looked nothing like the actual property. It is an unsafe neighborhood with loud music throughout the night. We were locked out every time we left and had to get new keys not to mention a small annoyance of no tv remote in the room. Will not stay here again. The property managers communicated well but that was it. I wish we would have kept our reservation at the Hampton.
