Des Weiteren ist eine Garage, eine eigene Terrasse und eine Liegewiese mit Gartenmöbeln und einer Kinderschaukel gegeben. Die Umgebung bietet herrliche Spazier- und Wanderwege, und auch Kutschenfahrten, Kneipen und Restaurants sind geboten. Für sportlich Aktive gibt es auch Trekking -und Mountainbike Trails. Gleißenberg liegt nur ca. 10 km von der tschechischen Grenze entfernt, was eine Gelegenheit zum günstigen Einkauf anbietet.
