Sun, beach, sea and just let your mind wander! Who does not dream about it on vacation? In our beautiful, high-quality apartment "Sonnendeck 30" you will find the perfect conditions for it. In the cozy living room you can enjoy relaxing evenings in front of the TV (complete program with SKY on Demand with thousands of titles on demand at any time) or the crackling log fire. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to conjure up delicious delicacies, which you can then enjoy in the bright, friendly dining area with the family. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds (with additional TV sets in both rooms) and blackout curtains guarantee restful sleep. You can really relax in our wellness bathroom with sauna and whirlpool - that's pure holiday feeling! Or enjoy the sun on the balcony for breakfast. During the season (May to September), a beach chair on the beach is also available. The apartment is child-friendly furnished with a baby travel cot, a high chair, socket fuses (in the entire apartment), a small footstool for the bathroom and of course children's toys. Free Wi-Fi access is available. The house has an underground car park with parking (car park 30) and a lift. The entrance height of the underground car park is 2.30 m. Alternatively, the public parking in front of the beach park can be used. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, vor allem das Bad und die Schlafzimmer, allerdings auch mit zwei kleinen Makeln. Unter dem Fernsehschrank waren noch sichtbar Spinnenweben und die Kaffeepad-Maschine funktioniert zwar, der Wassertank war aber undicht, da das Rückschlagventil defekt war, respektive fehlte. Dafür gab es aber zwei Stellplätze für den PKW. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank auch für die kurzfristige Änderung der Personenanzahl, die eine Woche vorher noch problemlos, um zusätzlich eine Person (auf vier), erhöht werden konnte.

Schöne Ferienwohnung im netten Ort

Es ist eine schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Die Tassen könnten mal wieder erneuert werden, aber ansonsten sehr gut ausgestattet und eine tolle Lage mit Bli k ins Grüne. Das Haus liegt am Rand der ganzen Gebäudekomplexe und somit sehr ruhig. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten!!! Auch zum Bäcker und Nahkauf sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Eine kleine Strandpromenade ist auch vorhanden. Im Sommer vielleicht zuviele Wohnungen für den kleinen Ort, aber zu anderen Zeiten wunderbar, da man auch schnell mit dem Auto nach Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen oder Grömitz kommt.Toll an der Wohnung ist auch die Whirlwanne und an kalten Tagen der Kamin und die Sauna. Wir haben eine tolle Woche in den Osterferien dort verbracht.

Schöne Wohnung gute Lage

In der Wohnung war alles wie erwartet. Wir hatten keine Wäschepacket gebucht aber es wäre toll gewesen wenn zur Grundausstattung ein Geschirrhandtuch dazu gehören würde. Betten sind bequem, Kissen könnten eine neu Füllung vertragen ;-) Die Lage ist super ein paar Gehminuten schon ist man an der See und auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Komunikation mit der Servicekraft per Telefon sehr unflexibel und unfreundlich im Kontakt ... wir wollten nur 2 Stunden später als in der Beschreibung gesagt aus der Wohnung und es gab auch keine Folgebuchung am selben oder den Tag danach. Das das nicht gehen würde aber wir sollen doch einen Tag dazu Buchen dann können wir später raus, war ihre patzige Antwort und aufgelegt. Vor ab hatten wir per Mail angefragt und da gab es die Info das es mit dem Objektleiter besprochen werden kann. Schade die Dame war nicht bereit. Was noch viel war ist die Endreinigung mit 100 € egal auch ohne Wäsche, das ist ein guter Stunden Lohn zumal man alles sauber hinterlassen soll (Müll entsorgen Geschirrspüler leeren )!!!! Ansonsten war die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen, und auch Fewo an sich

Das einzige, was zu bemängeln wäre, ist der sehr enge Tiefgaragenstellplatz, den wir die gesamte Zeit nie benutzt haben.

Kurz aber fein!

Eine wirklich tolle Wohnung die stilvoll eingerichtet ist. Das Gebäude ist recht neu und daher insgesamt im top Zustand. Prinzipiell würden wir die Wohnung erneut buchen. Alles da und noch mehr als gebraucht wird! Die Umgebung insgesamt ist auf Masse getrimmt, macht aber einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Wichtig! Toilette nicht nur oberflächlich reinigen, eine Glühbirne war defekt, die große Pfanne ist Mist und die Spiele für die Kinder sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Dies lediglich als Info😄 Viele Grüße

Erholung in moderner Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist modern und überraschend vollständig eingerichtet. Ja, Sauna, Whirpool, Kamin und Aufzug. Der Strankorb innerhalb der Sommersaison ist ein besonderes Gimmik, welches auch erlaubt, stundenweise den Strand zu besuchen und spontan zu sein. Großenbrode ist übersichtlich und bietet daher die ideale Möglichkeit, unbeschwerte Tage am Strand zu verbringe. Gleichzeitig sind aber zahlreiche Tagesziele leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen.
