Additional features include a desk/work space, ceiling fan, shared washer/dryer and garage parking. This studio is a lock-off and can be joined to the adjacent residence to create a two-bedroom unit.



Guests will appreciate The Charter’s outstanding location and on-site amenities including: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, a fitness facility, two restaurants, Charter Sports, a full-service ski, snowboard, and bike shop, the game room and fire pit. Beautiful Resort Style right in the Village of Beaver Creek

We loved everything about our Unit 3045 in The Charter! It was difficult to navigate at first, but once we figure that out it was cake! (We did arrive at 4AM, 2 plus hours late!💤) The place was very cool! Very comfortable! Everything was nice! We loved our drinks at the bar! Great Bar Tenders! We loved the short walk to the ski lift and the even shorter walk to the shuttle. The fire pits were amazing, and the pool / hot tub looked good too, but we didn’t have suites! We definitely hope to be back soon!
