3 bedroom 3 full bathrooms (two en-suite, one in hallway).
Beds accommodate 6 people. If needed there are 2 air mattresses.
Brand new comfortable beds and linens. Washer and dryer in unit along with a fully equipped kitchen. Gas fireplace in spacious living room. High speed internet (ability to have multiple people on zoom at same time - working from home is not a problem). A propane hibachi grill on outside deck accompanied with a two-seat outdoor sofa and chairs. The community has a heated hot-tub that is a two minute walk away from the front door. There is one outdoor parking spot for the apartment and additional guest parking if needed.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property was great! Three full bedrooms and bathrooms and plenty of space to relax. Great option to save some money with a group and still not too far from the slopes. Check-in was super easy and owner was very responsive.

We were in Edwards for a 13U baseball tournament. The place was clean and perfect for our stay. The host is absolutely amazing. Very easy to work with.

Great place and the best host!

The unit was updated, clean, and well stocked. The kids had their own space and we could relax. The garage was great getting in and out of, plus a good place to keep our gear. Debi was probably the best host we've had. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very spacious, clean, updated. Short drive to Edwards, Avon and ski parking lots.

Great place overall - we would definitely stay there again. The owners were very communicative and responsive. The condo is spacious, clean and updated. Well stocked kitchen and nice hibachi grill on the balcony. Nice fireplace and big flatscreen TV in the living room loaded with apps such as Netflix, Vudu, YouTube, etc. We had a great time!

Great base for snowboard/ski trip!

Very well-appointed townhouse! Layout was great, with garage for boards. Each bedroom has a great bed and its own bathroom. Kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, and seasonings! Livingroom was super comfy with large TV and Apple TV. Host Deb was very responsive, too. Location did mean we had to drive some, but Arrow Lot was no more than 15 min.

Recharge & Exercise Outing

Very responsive host, well maintained property, clean, plenty of space, comfortable in every way...felt like a home away from home, fantastic beds, bedding, enjoyed the hot tub after full days of boarding and skiing. Perfect value. You can tell the property owner loves their place and it is set up for great guest experiences. 7 minutes from slopes in Avon, had great days at Vail and Beaver Creek!!

Unfortunately the roof on this property was under construction.. for our entire week stay. We left early.. We were given two nights stay back.. but our vacation was already ruined by the five days of pounding g.. men screaming siri g work.. and a mess all over the entrance to our unit.
