This property was nicely located close to the waterfront, and just a short drive to other stores and restaurants. Excellent accommodations for 6 adults.
The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with kitchen supplies (dishes, glassware, silverware, pot and pans and cooking utensils). Coffee pot was great too. Everything was very clean and well furnished. Location was great and neighborhood quiet. Even had someone with Tidewater come to take the trash cans to the street and came back the next day to pull them back. We were very very happy!
Beautiful home, super comfortable, great location. Close to anywhere you want to go in the Beaufort area. Loved having bedrooms on each level for privacy. Porches were enjoyed by all! Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
The only issue is the neighbor homes look a little suspect hopefully the others will be updated like this home

Thank you for sharing your experience with us! We're so glad to hear the home was the perfect fit for your sister trip and that you enjoyed the outdoor space—even if the heat had other plans. We appreciate your feedback about the surrounding homes and understand how that can influence your overall impression. While we don’t manage the neighboring properties, we’re proud to offer thoughtfully maintained homes like this one and are hopeful the area continues to grow and improve. It was a pleasure to host you, and we’d love to welcome you back for another getaway—maybe during cooler weather so you can fully enjoy that outdoor space!
We loved this house, everything about it. The location was perfect and very walkable. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and modern. The front porch was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!
My family ( 2 kids- ages 12 and 16) and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting family in the area. It is in a great location. The house had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and cozy. We loved the front porch. Go ahead and stay here. You won’t be disappointed.
Lovely house with nice porches. Comfortable and clean.
The location is on a gentrifying block so the immediate view is not an attraction. However it is reasonably close to downtown and the property itself is lovely.
Comfortable but not plush. Walkable to Bay Street. Some run down properties beside and across street.

We are two senior couples exploring Beaufort. This house was perfect for our stay. It's cute, well-maintained and very comfortable. We could walk to the Bay Street area easily. Both couples had a private bath. There was plenty of room. I particularly liked the front porch, but there's a side screened-in porch as well. You'll be lucky to be able to stay there ... we thought it was a great find!
We rented the house as a group of professional women attending a conference at USCB. It is within walking distance of the campus, downtown, and the waterfront.
It is beautiful, clean, well equipped, and cozy.
Upstairs has an extra sofa bed so 3 adults can have their own sleeping space upstairs.
We cooked a meal one night and the kitchen was equipped with everything I would have had at home.
Walmart delivery brought the groceries I needed, so that’s another perk.
Highly recommend.
We had a great family gathering of siblings and spouses in Beaufort. This house fit the bill perfectly with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The house is an easy walk into town along interesting and historic streets. The kitchen was well appointed. The sheets, towels and pillows were good, however we couldn't find additional pillowcases to use on extra pillows. We ate out every night as there are a lot of restaurants to choose from. If you plan to eat in, there are 4 chairs at the dining table and 4 on the screened porch. To seat 6 you'd have to bring in or bring out some chairs. The front porch was delightful but again, a couple more chairs would be helpful. The appliances were new. Tidewatch Vacations provides a good amount of soaps, paper towels, TP, etc.
My husband and I stayed here when we returned to Beaufort for the vow renewal of our dearest friends. Since we had recently moved from Beaufort, we were looking for a place to call home for a few days. From the moment you cross the tidy porch and walk through the front door into this sunny and airy living room, that's immediately the feeling you get.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped if you want to create your own breakfast, lunches and dinners -- we do! -- and Beaufort's restaurants, sweet downtown shopping and waterfront are only a 10-minute walk away. Everything feels fresh and new, with modern farmhouse decor and plenty of closets, washer and dryer, and bedrooms on two levels.
The home has both a front porch that looks out onto a quiet homey street, and fenced-in backyard, and a furnished screened porch where we spent our evenings socializing with our local friends.
This was a happy stay for us, in no small part because of the home we chose. We will rent again and again upon our return to Beaufort.
The property was beautiful and the location was great. We flew down for my son's graduation from Boot Camp for the Marines. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the property as much as we would've liked because we were busy most of the time elsewhere. I would definitely book the property again. His ceremony lasted much longer than we thought it would, which made us late checking out. We actually got locked out right at 10am, which was the checkout time. I was in contact with the host every step of the way. They unlocked the property for us to get in and get our things out for 30 minutes and charged me a 50 fee. They had other people coming in that same day and needed to get the house prepped for the next renter. It sucked the way it all played out, but I completely understood where they were coming from.
